Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition Easy Down A Notch Trophy/Achievement Method

An easy method for earning the "Down A Notch" trophy and/or achievement , which is for defeating Dante with an SSS rank combo on Son Of Sparda difficulty or higher.
For this you need to use Lady, on "Dante Must Die Mode", and just simply alternate between using her Kalina Ann's wireshot until it grapples him and then hitting him with Pistol Charge Shot lvl. 3 WHILE he is still in the air.

Thank you for this. Wish I found this first before the vid with Nero clashing with Dante multiple times then finishing him. Dante just gets out of the tangle after reaching A or S when I use Nero method.

iprncs u have to use wire hook wisely because it damage Dante, and also watch out ur timing so ur style rank can go up in time to sss , I just get to sss barely with last hit to Dante

I'm finding this so difficult, the grapple sometimes never hits. Sometimes the game doesn't give me style points. I did once beat him with an SSS ranking but by the time the mission ended it went down to SS. Pain.
