Dev excuse is "we want new player to be able to access and perform crazy combo too" and here we are take any depth out of previous gameplay and we get this cut movesets across all variant of a character not like auto assist combo already exist duh such a obvious excuse well old ver. dont have that many way to make money so i think this is a way they want to go
