A couple of yrs ago I called up to the Halifax tourist office to see if anyone was playing there during my vaca week,,the girl said “Matt Andersen”, I said WHO’s Matt Andersen? ..looked him up, saw he was playing in NYC the following week ,... Bought a ticket ..big wow ! He was amazing! 3 weeks was later I was in Halifax listening to him & the mellotones & buying his cds & dvds..you don’t get better than him.

This is amazing. But, if you want to impress anyone who's seen him, it sucks. Because you can't just out-sing him, you have to out-play him at the same time. Both are extremely difficult on their own, but together they're damn near impossible. Keep it up Matt! Your making us all look bad, but we love you for it!
