Cook the shrimp for an hour?!?! That’s a long time to cook shrimp; it’s definitely overcooked! Besides the shrimp, nice recipe.

Helpful hint, shrimp should only be cooked 2 to 6 minutes otherwise it will be overcooked and tuff. Great cooking Teresa❤and I enjoy your channel

@@corijohnson5830 in recipe when you return the shrimp to the saucepan and stir in the lemon juice - she didn't do it on this video I guess but if you get her book the recipe calls for lemon juice in the sauce. It's so good

I love this! Lastnight was my 2nd time cooling the chicken saltimbocca and it definitely tasted better. But it was a bit on the salty side. Still all the plates were empty. Quick tip! When a shrimp makes a c (like how they we’re before you added) to sauce that’s cooked. When they form an “o” that’s over cooked. C=cooked, O=overcooked

Pre cooked shrimp should be added to sauce about last five minutes of cooking. Over cooked shrimp is not appetizing. And that looked like 7/8 cloves of garlic that you used? Diablo Shrimp is very good when cook correctly.

Watching you cook makes it look so easy. I have to be honest. I was never one of those Mom's who loved to cook. I would call myself a messy cooker. My grandmother would clean as she cooked. I'm getting better after watching your videos it really has inspired me. I really wish Bravo would incorporate your cooking shoe and your charity you do for autism. I understand they want drama.
