Thank you! I had been buying Underwood Deviled Ham, for decades. Now, I will definitely be making this appetizer, homemade. YAY!

Homemade is always good, but this does not taste exactly like the Underwood canned product. to get closer to the "real thing" I would add a touch of tumeric, brown sugar, salt, MSG, and more pepper. Add some broth and process further in a blender to get the paste consistency. Still, I like this simple version on crackers just as much!

Thank you for sharing. I have not had deviled ham since the 1970s. Unfortunately, it was canned/processed. Presentation is lovely.

Thank you. Although this does not taste exactly like the Underwood canned product, it's great on crackers of any kind and makes a great stuffing for eggs (think deviled eggs). I plan to do a video on that in the near future.
