kiwami's UFO catchers are way easier than Yakuza 0s in my experience. Firsy try in Kiwami almost always and like ten trys per toy in 0

The real ones either needs insane mathematical calculation skills to figure out the angles on where to grab the dolls from, or that the claw isn't even strong enough to grab the dolls. Seriously, i have tried 2 different places, one place had a very strong claw but it's wired, so the head can just get loose, making you aim for spots like the tail or something, while this other place is just bullshit where the claws don't even hold properly, i got the doll by it's neck and the claw keeps opening while carrying the doll. It's a 4 headed claw too, which by design is made to hold stuff properly.

I remember this substory from the original the plot is the same but instead of one guy. it's different guy request Kiryu to pick up the respective doll for them until the last guy gave him 200K Yens but as it turned out those money are counterfeit so Kiryu proceed find the guy and beat the shit out of him. he give the doll back and he find a coin locker key inside that doll.

i think it's also in kiwami, this one is more of a nod to yakuza 0's doll girl substory. While that one doesn't even take place in the arcades.

I always wondered if the "daughter" of this side story is the same as the Doll Girl in Yakuza 0. I kind of like to think it is a nod to her. But then I start having dirty thoughts so I start hoping it's not her. No dirty thoughts about Doll Girl. Only wholesome thoughts.

Those white bun dolls were the most annoying to catch due to being so thick. Those UFO catchers do exist in real life and even had the same name but haven't tried to play it as wish I had the same amount of money as Kiryu to spend alot on those crane games.

There's a similar quest in Kurohyou 2...getting all the UFO catcher prizes. The trick is to position the shadow of the claw directly at the target. ...In this game, I don't see any shadow....this is WAY harder.
