Devon Borden discusses the jump call and his second-place finish at Lincoln Speedway Monday night

We caught up with Devon Borden after his second-place finish in Monday's Pennsylvania Speedweek show at Lincoln Speedway. Borden also talked about losing the lead on Lap 20 after being assessed a jump penalty from the initial start. Borden also talked about his team and the confidence he takes from the run.

I guess there is a lady up in the booth that is straight runnin' N gunnin' for Dietrichs. Imagine having a lady in ear while racing death defying machines. No Thanks. Most women are too emotional & base decisions off of emotions whilst most men run on logic. I'd have to take my earpiece out rather than listening a women in my ear whilst racing. Men & women have their roles & women being a race director is most definitely not one of them. Go listen to Port Royal's women announcer call a 305 race then come at me before calling some "ist" name.

If there is a legit jumped start then throw the yellow then!!! What happened to Stinkin Lincoln? I think it improved and got with the times under Leibys ownership but it has gone downhill in a hurry. And the Grove is right on their heels.

Borden got robbed , Lincoln waited for their golden boy to get 2nd and needed an excuse to put him in clean air , I will probably start spending my time and money at Port Royal on Saturdays

Agreed it was a horrible call to make half way through the Feature, hopefully it gets corrected.. It looked clean to me but Should have been a restart from the beginning.. Macri had second in a handful of laps and would’ve won this race anyways, and Borden knows that.. I don’t mind Devon but I’m sure he’s just as big of a “Golden Boy” as Anthony is.. You’re logic is whacked and Macri is one hell of a sprint car driver, who travels around the country WINNING!
