Social media will have you thinking left is right and right is left. Divorce is 💯 a failure, we vowed forever we failed to uphold those vows. that doesn’t mean we didn’t grow or evolve. Accepting a failure in my actions doesn’t mean I have to accept failure as an identity. I failed at my marriage that doesn’t make me a failure.
@cherylthomas3848 Жыл бұрын
I was thinking the same. How could divorce be a success! NONSENSE! People, please keep in mind that DeVon is a Hollywood Preacher. He says thinks to please the industry.
@melsi99943 ай бұрын
Maybe just his way of coping with it or reframing it to be a positive thing since it is so heavy & painful. You're right though if you vowed "till death do us part" and broke the vow it is a failure. Think of how many break it sheeesh

God knows what power the process carrys. Wisdom comes out of divorce. Love does not fail. God is love. After my divorce my walk with God changed. After all who am i that He is mindful of me...i am a friend of God. Time for a healthy friendship with myself n God. Great to hear about the progress that comes after a divorce. Flaming hot Chitos is a metaphor for all divorcees that come out of the flames of a walk towards freedom. Thank you Nelson Mandela...God knows best.

We need more male public figures to share their healing experience and inspire men to embrace the process. As a result, most will become better leader's in their community, fathers, and a partner in their love relationship.

The fact that you' ve learned out from your divorce does not mean is not a failure, which means the marriage does not work out. I do understand that everyone should learn from the unfortunate experience so we can be a better person.

I disagree. I would not be where I am today mentally, spiritually or financially if it was not for my marriage and subsequent divorce. Oh and I don't mean I got money from my ex-husband in the divorce. I'm referring to realizing I could take care of myself and my son because I had been already supporting us and my ex-husband. This led to a first career in IT as well. I also never had confidence and that changed afterwards as well.
@caribbeanprincezz08 Жыл бұрын
Generally speaking, I agree. But, there are always exceptions, like an abusive situation.
@originalceo Жыл бұрын
Exactly. You can learn from it for sure but itssa failure excepting marriage where there is abuse cheating etc.

(1 Peter 2chapter). Agape love to DeVon Franklin in the name of Jesus Christ please.Always ask: who told you that and who, what, when, where, why, and how? then decide for yourself so that your heart is not hardened. The use of 'hypnosis' during 'therapy' should be disclosed up front so that people may decided for themselves if to be involved.🙏
