Aww mate I feel your frustration, as I said get down to Berry head with some lures, Early morning or dusk, Admittedly I haven't been there since covid but it was a prolific spot, mackeral, garfish, wrasse and small pollack, Failing that you need to get on a charter boat to get your species hunt up before you leave 🤞 C'mon 👍

So many people we were talking to saying the fishing has changed so much the last few years.. areas have definitely been over fished with undersized fish being taken which didn’t help, but unfortunately that happens everywhere..👎🏻

How far are you heading around here? Teignmouth was always pretty good, and dawlish Warren towards the end casting into the estuary. Teignmouth was always best for me at night

Hi dave, they prob keeping the hotspots to themselves so they dnt get the same lot coming and keeping all the undersized fish and dnt need to be a rocket scientist to know who they are.
