This is one of the best sponsored videos I’ve EVER seen! Because you are genuinely using the product & incorporated HOW you’re using it into the video, it’s not a “staged” commercial as most are. I hope you continue to work with them & develop monthly “sponsored tutoring” videos like these as you progress. These weren’t available when I was flipping houses 15 years ago, but one challenge was keeping track of the finances & paperwork. It’d be great to see how you track these with Milanote and/or other apps (potential sponsors?).

@@ttopero thanks! Yeah, I only work with brands that I truly believe in and bring value to the channel/that I use on a day to day basis. I'll never partner with a company just to make a quick buck if I don't believe in their products. Integrity is very important to me.

You have a love of the forest, evergreen trees and the color green, and you like your sauna and hot tubs so using those things as inspiration. I search for Swedish language words. Conifer or pine tree is Barrtrad (the second A has the two dots over it). Forest is Skog. House is Hus. Home is Hem. Cabinet is Stuga. Any combination of these words sound appropriate to me. Just a jumping off point, if you’re interested. I’m very much looking forward to this project. All your other builds have been unique, special and creative so I have no doubt this one will be also. 👍

I love the direction you're going with this. The Balinese inspiration sounds spot on. Honestly, I've been looking for a set of plans and I'm loving everything you do. If you make these plans available, and some of the project plans, cost estimates, milanote age, I'd be very interested. I'm a little concerned that the metal structure may reduce the DIY aspect and increase my cost. Regardless, when the time comes for me to work with someone for a two-bedroom place, this will be the first place I'll look. Thanks for what you do!
