Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You with a Petition of Prayer for this group. Father, I pray they will continue to serve you, and touch the lives of the youth today. Please give them the strength to persevere the attacks other may put on them. Please place a Hedge of Protection around them, as they bring others into Your Flock. I place this Prayer into Your Hands Father, through The Name of Our Savior Jesus Christ, AMEN AMEN (As it was said, Let it be done)

That in its essence is what it means to be Christian. We are not meant to be perfect, but rather to find forgiveness through Jesus Christ. The lives of many of the Saints, especially St. Augustine and St. Therese de Lisieux, show us this.

I had to find out about this song after hearing part of it on the local hard rock station. I've been saved over 30 years and can still relate to the heart cry of wanting to do better, to be better. I'm always thinking that God continuing to love me, is a much more impressive miracle than the parting the Red Sea. This is a shared experience that's perfect for the hard rock genre.

Look up their song "The Bottom" it hits just as hard for those of us that lived it wrong man. There is always times to make amends. And sometimes those amends aren't you needing to reach out to those you wronged. Something I had to learn. Sometimes the best you can do is just live your life in a way that you wouldn't repeat that, and if somebody doesn't like that F em. You cant expect a man to move forward in life when all you do is remind him of his past. That goes doubly for yourself. Remember the past, but don't let yourself believe you are that person any more.

I wish people in church understood the Truth you bring Pastor. There are a multitude of Christians being shunned when Christ already paid the price. I am not advocating continual sin without condemnation. We who feel- that never can get away from the Holy Spirit telling us what is right and wrong. 1st Timothy 1:15b. Christ came to save the sinners, of whom I am chief. That attitude is needed today. That was Paul speaking that. If any of us think we are better than, we forget what Christ did.

I can relate to this heavily and deeply. As someone who is bi-polar and who has more fucked up memories than good, being a good man is something I can never achieve. But the very least I can do is not be a bad man. It might sound ridiculous, but the ending of Wreck-It-Ralph made me sob like a god damn child. I have made my nephews and nieces smile and I know I make babies smile (I do not get it, but babies like me despite me not having the same feelings. lol). Hell, all someone has to do is google my name and they will automatically think I am a bad person. My name is forever scarred with negative and sick thoughts. Can't do anything about that. But I will be damned more than I am now if I even come close to proving those quick to judge right. The hardest thing anyone can do in this world is be good. Most will never achieve what many would classify as "good" (especially men). The most we could do is try and never stop trying. I am not a bad man. I am not a good man. I am just a man trying not to let his inner demons win. A man who is trying NOT to be his father. A man who is not trying to be what so many who google me will think. I am sorry for what I have said and done. I will spend the rest of my life making up for it. That, I promise you.

This song makes me think of a troubled, broken man that has infidelity and drug issues along with years of now regrettable bad decisions. He wants to be better and do better, but it's easier to do bad than good at this point, but he still thirsts to be the man his wife of almost 27 years deserves, she's forgave him countless times and struggles daily with the haunting of his infidelity. But even in that forgiveness comes bad days, where she can't forget and she pains and blames. In his rage, sometimes he wonders why stop? Why change? After all these numb years of staying self-medicated and moving through the motions can he be good or is it too late? After all he's done and the things that still cross his mind, will God forgive him of his sins?? Only God knows. 🖤

Not one religion, or one person, or one group of people, has anywhere near all of the answers. We're all figuring out what we can all over the world. Each religion is clinging to all these' truths' that could very well be proved false one day. We just never know what's going to happen and that's part of the beauty of our universe.

You're right, in the sense that He can't be proven to exist beyond zero doubt, that's where faith comes in by Design. However, I can easily flip that and say it's impossible to prove 100% that He doesn't exist either.

Since finding this song I have been playing it over and over cause there is nothing I can find that even comes close to how it makes me feel about myself and the life I want in being the words of a good man that I want and now know I am! This song is the best and I pray to god for more like it. This is gods one of a kind gift to us. Wow! It just came to me. Thats why I can not find its equal! Time to hear it again. Thank you God.....

This song kicks ass and would not not only fit in with the theme of the show, but it deserves to be in a Sons Of Anarchy episode.
