Mumbai ladi Pav
(29 number pav if 60 gms dough for each pav is weighed)
Preparation Time- 15 minutes
Process and cooking Time- 90 minutes
Ingredients-
For activating yeast-
Dry yeast - 25 gms
Sugar- 15 gms
For Dough
Refined flour (bakery flour)- 1 kg
Refined oil- 50 gms (including for brushing after baking)
Salt-20 gms
Water- 600 ml
Additional refined flour- 50 gms
Bread improver- 3 gms (optional)
Milk- 20 ml (for milk wash)
