Is there a way to enclosed the rear area behind that switch to prevent the sawdust from migrating in there?

Is this a common problem? I just bought this planer for $50 listed as parts. Missing the switch, power cord, blades, brushes and brush caps. Hoping it’s something this simple.

Mine keeps tripping every time I use it. Did replacing the breaker end up fixing it for you? If so, I’ll give it a go. Thanks for the video.
