Cue typical western music, except only played using Impacts, drills and SDS'. Oh and a box of screws for percussion.
That thumbnail isn't a thumbnail... It's a travesty in the form of a thumbnail.

Stanley own Dewalt, or vice versa, point is most of their products share the same parts and not just the tool boxes. Stanley now have a range called Pro Stack which is an exact clone of tstak, even to the point of 100% compatibility between the two.

Thanks fella, very good video, I went with the bigger trolley due to your comments on the clearance on the bottom of the single handle version. 👍

The TSTAK with the drawers are the best option hands down out of all modular units...otherwise you have boxes all over thr floor on your job area creating more work .

Thank you for a great video. It helped me make my mind up as to which one to go with. I'm so glad I took the time to watch your video first before making my decision, as I would have went with the one with the poor handle construction and too little ground clearance. Thanks again! P.S. Nice collection.

Nice vid Sir! Only thing I wish the Tstacks had was the weather resistance of the craftsman boxes. Then I'd be all over them because I have the tough system and am quite invested in the dewalt cordless platform. However I'd like to supplement my big tough system boxes with some smaller weather resistant boxes that are the size and form factor of the Tstacks. My have to buy the Craftsmans but would like to get matching dewalts lol.

Milton, I'm from the US and would like to thank you for the videos and the content that you show. I wanted to say that over here in the states the DeWALT is tstak is more expensive than the Craftsman versastack. They are basically from the same company. I bought the Craftsman and from what I can see they are identical, just different colored lids. The Craftsman I have is $89 dollars for the three boxes and I added some on. The DeWalt is $129 dollars for the three boxes, and each one that you add on is like $8 to $12 dollars higher. I've just looked at them again and they are exactly the same just different colored lid. Wish Craftsman was available to you in the UK.

Thanks for review. They're pushing the other systems here in USA. This seems very portable to unlatch to go up stairs, then you can link together and roll down to the apartments or home where you are working. The Milwaukee as well as other brands are just silly for 1 guy to carry when they are loaded with tools.

Do each component have to face the same direction or will it still lock into place being the opposite direction. I'm working on something and would need the drawer to open from the front like normal but the tool box on top would need to be facing the opposite way so the hinge would be in the front instead of towards the back. I hope that makes sense.

Hello littlemilto! Big fan of your channel and Enjoi a lot of your videos. I’ve got quite the Dewalt collection myself and I also run the tstak system. I have most of the different boxes available but had a few questions. 1. Can you take the bottom of a tstak tower system ( the one with the cheaper handle and wheels) and load it onto the trolly. This is prolly a stupid question as I know the bottom part Dosent have clips on the bottom. Just curious if the wheels cause issues as I can figure out the clip problem. I don’t infact own a trolley and am very interested to try it. 2. Have you tried the insert for the tstak drawer system. I believe it’s a bit set maybe drill bits as well. Supposed to slide into on of the tstak drawer systems perfectly. Just I haven’t seen a video of that being done and I’m curious. 3. Have you tried the tstak vacuum and thoughts on it.

You seem to know everything about the tstak system. I've just bought ds100 organiser expecting it to fit everything else I have but it doesnt, it's a lot wider. Does this new system have a different name to tstak? If so what is it please? Great vids by the way.

Any experience of the Dewalt Toughsystem boxes, are they very similar? Theres a 6 piece Dewalt Kit at Screwfix, which comes with 2 Toughsystem boxes. I think I'd prefer these T-Stak boxes instead but they're not an option.

Milton new to your channel but loving your wisdom on t stack now I own a crap ton of DeWalt tools cordless and just now purchased the Craftsman versastack but didn't buy it the way it came I bought it by the big box on the bottom and a small box and a two drawer now I have two of the two drawers Craftsman versastack , two of the big Tstack drawer / organizer same thing but $30 cheaper and u get alot of little Tupperware containers LOL. But my big question is I don't want huge bottom box with the wheels built-in and that cheap little handle so do you think I should go with foldable DeWalt trolley with the two big wheels in the back and the two little wheels in the front? I'm working out of a SUV so space does matter anyway thanks for the video very informative over here in America Craftsman versastack and DeWalt tstak are twins unfortunately we don't get all the Stanley stuff wish I could share a picture of what I have here to show you but anyway do you think I should just go with the trolley that folds in half with the two big wheels and return the big box with the wheels built-in and one shinsei little handle?

GREAT review, had to turn on subtitles though, I'm not good with accents lol. Been looking at a stack-able solution for my tools as I'm getting a larger collection now than ever before and my wife is having issues accessing them to the point shes compiling her own tool case meaning were splitting up our tools or having multiple similar tools. I love the simplicity of the single deep and double drawer cases but teir pricey when combining multiple cases with a wheeled base. For $207 incl. tax I'm currently considering combining the DWST17820 Deep box on wheels $79 with the DWST17806 Deep box flat top $45 above it, the DWST17807 Tstak II tool box $34 above that with the DWST17808 tool storage long handle $40 on top of it all. I'm ALSO now considering a second $246 incl. tax configuration, starting with the same DWST17820 Deep box on wheels $79 the the DWST17803 - Deep Drawer $45 then the DWST17804 - Double Drawer $50 above that then the DWST17806 Deep box flat top $45 finally the DWST17808 tool storage long handle $40 on top of it all. I wish the DWST17806 had 2 fabric straps to hold the lid at a 90 degree angle when there is a tool box on top though I may just add that myself. Edit: Just pulled the trigger on the second configuration, $260 including all taxes and delivery charges. I may put the single and double drawer above both deep cases with the long handle case on top... guess I'll decide in 2 weeks when it arrives. Cheers! =D

I did have the tough system boxes and although there strong they take up loads of room in the shop and van. I now have the t stak. I have four trolley or dolly’s and load them right up with loads of heavy power tools. The drawers are great holding all my hand tools. The only thing I hate is the yellow top boxes you can’t clip one on top. Great boxes great review 👍 oh take that dirty blue stuff out them boxes😬

I work on sites so the little wheels on the sack truck just didnt hack it, so I found an ex NHS wheelchair in a on line sale. The front wheels are basically foldable , i got a mate to create this for me we've set it up so I pull a lever the front wheels are on a spring so click into place allowing me to use it as in intended . To retract the front wheels so I can use it over rough ground I pull another lever ....all done by bike bits and springs

A filing cabinet on casters is better imo. You dont have to unstack every time you want something out of the top case, its metal and lockable

... majority of the tools boxes are made by one manufacturer from Israel. Rigid, Magnusson, Keter are the same, Dewalt, Stanley, Facon , Craftsman another lot , Milwaukee in till now is not sharing but is made in the same factory. I don't know about the L- boxes shared by Bosch, Festool, Makita and Mafell.

Like all other tool storage systems, this is fatally flawed. Boxes are stacked bottom to lid, removing access. Stack them front to back, then lowering the trolley means that they all can open. Fit drawers in the side, not the front, and they are all available too. Gives more options for mixing lids and drawers. Join is stronger, not relying on the lid to take the weight of the box. Why is this not obvious?
