I swear that they should go out and make a movie. Their skits kind of remind me of an old comic strip. I can't remember where I saw it. Think it might have been in The Sun (yes, that lot that Johnny Depp sued) back in the 80s. It was where a kid would be sucked into game. "Time for a Montage." IMO, South Park's "Montage" has to be one of the GREATEST (comedic) songs EVER! It so PERFECTLY encapsulates my (somewhat brainwashed) 1980s mentality (at times)! And it is just damn funny. Also? Props to Ben for doing VERY competent rolls wearing all that stuff & holding a sword! It may not have LOOKED especially impressive, but it definitely takes skill to do a smooth roll like that. (Not to mention the ACTING in that whole "rolly polly" skit was very good IMO,)

I kinda wish they had included an incredibly obscure and largely pointless pvp tech called the Ravioli Step, where you run towards the opponent, unlock, spin away and backstep with JUST the right inputs. You basically sprint at the enemy, do a little spin, then phase through them and insta-backstab. Only people with no lives ever learned the Ravioli Step.

This game seems llike one from back a ways called "Darkfall". A sandbox MMORPG, Open World Fantasy FPS, Full loot, Free for all PvP game. Essentially if you killed an opponent, you got ALL their stuff. The "Roly-Poly" scene reminds of something like the "Three Masters Of Death" from the old "Shogun Assassin" flicks.

I did not play DS3 for a long time. Today i start it before abyss watchers, play it for an hour or so. Start fight with that boss, came to the second stage and close the game. Simple I am not in the mood to be angry :D PS. Game is great, but some bosses are pain, you must be very accurate with when to hits and when to roll.

I love when people act like Dark Souls is one of the hardest game series ever made. If people knew how easy Dark Souls was compared to a lot of other games: They'd lose their shit. (I'm not even taking the piss or downplaying people's achievements for playing these games. They aren't EASY by any stretch... but they also aren't that hard.) In fact. We can explain it like this: Rocket Science is easy when you know how. Same can be said of Dark Souls. Only if it were something a fair bit easier than Rocket Science.

Its no about masochism, its about the euphoria of actually achieving something by skill not by game numbers, hanholding and enemies being easy to beat anyway. The only ones that i see who do not enjoy Dark Souls are non gamers, casuals who dont play daily, so obviously they want their 2-3 hours a week account to something. Well not in Dark Souls, and i hope the popularity of challenging games brings back more games to where they should be, challenging you both intelectually and in your skills.

VLDL was excellent when they were making these and the older content of Epic NPC Man and yes, even Bored. Then they got greedy, pumped for $$$ and they lost the magic. I'm so sad because I used to anxiously wait for anything new they made. And now it seems there's a pay to view? The Magic is definitely gone. I could cry.

@DG360 it's not just a perception. I honestly do not enjoy them as much. I'm so disappointed by the lack of imagination in their new stuff. It just looks like it cost more, but I'm not even sure of that. Look at the sets of these dark souls episodes and compare that to the sets they have now. An office with a conference table, a tavern, which isn't new, and the new computer store. There's also this odd blending of genres where people are wearing armor to the office? The continuity of the story types are gone, the character development has gotten squashed. I don't enjoy what I'm watching now. The best one was TheBesda. That had a glimmer of the older experience. The next thing I saw after that turned out to be an advertisement for VLDLTV, probably behind a pay wall. I just want the old experience back.

As much as i love the Souls-genre (Elden Ring especially)... for some reason the controlls fell extremly sluggish for no reason in all of them. I tried convincing a few of my friends to play Elden Ring but all of them say the same, they arent even anoyed by the difficulty but more by the feeling of the gameplay itself... reallly weird

Yeah it depends on people, for me i like the challenge and the thrill of losing and getting back up and finally able to progress or achieve something in darksouls, and it helped me control my anger and be more patient tbh 😂, you cant really beat it when youre annoyed or mad, and you need to calm down and take some rest after a while, for me atleast thats my experience of souls game 😅, for me its fun ahahaha

Personally, I hate dark souls. Never played it, never will. Why? Well, I LOVE fantasy. It is AMAZING. BUT, dark souls? yea. hell no. Screw that difficulty. That is simply not fun IN .... THE .... LEAST (to me). Sure, its a great made game. Many people love it, and the challenge it presents. Me? Give me something useful where I, with my limited skill abilities, can succeed without losing my sanity just from loading the game. I do however, love watching others play the game and suffering. Glad its not me. But, at the same time.. I respect them for the achievements they do with the difficulty presented. It is simply not for me. EVER.
