There's literally an achievement called ''I can quit anytime'' for having maximum possible Potion effect on, it's like having 7 different potions active. And when you do, you're really looking sick. But I do like the Build that needs you to be subsance dependant. It gives so much extra stats, poison damage, regeneration and extra melee damage multipliers.

Also if you chug a bunch of pots b4 a cutscene then that sickly black vein look stays for cutscenes. My favourite part about it😂
