I think mainly bcuz by the time most people get them in their hands (new owners) the engs are already worn to fck, has 5,000+ hrs on them and beat to crap with barely any servicing... Same goes for the V/VT903. It's really just how you treat them, not really in my opinion the design of the engine.

I ran these machines at my last job. One 80's liquid buggy retrofitted with a spinner box and one early 90's liquid buggy, plus four other newer machines. I don't miss it. We ran our machines harder that anyone else in the PNW due to so much reel ground. And we broke stuff regularly that left AGCO scratching their heads. Between the 9300 and 8300b we could break 3-5 boom pins a year.

That return line on the tilt cylinders will most likely go through a one way load holding valve to control the drop. Also, the other day I saw a terragator that had been modded with what I think was a live bottom gravel box. No idea why someone would do that, but it sure looked interesting.

@@DEBOSSGARAGE but how much more yield would he have if the spraying is done more precise. And how much expensive fertiliser would he save from less spillage? I’m not a farmer myself but I noticed that farmers with more modern equipment and higher tech usually have more yield and money. At least in the Netherlands they have.
@fowletm1992
@fowletm1992 3 жыл бұрын
@@autobootpiloot Differant areas different effects But in general there's little to no yield gain by using new equipment Mostly it's just nicer more convenient more comfortable faster machines Where it'll cost you useing older machines is if they break down at a critical time amd you miss application of an important product And older gear does break down more offern But does it cost you more to when your broken down or does it cost you more to have big loams on new machines Thats for each agriculture area to work out Where I farm in Australia having old harvesters is going to bite you real hard when they fail But having new tractors is a bit pointless cause we're never in a hurry to plant

R & K (Rich & Kevin) agriculture equipment. Equipment made for the real farmer. No computers, adaptable, easily sourced parts, and best of all, you can work on them yourself after purchase because there is no proprietary diagnostic software that only one service tech in a region has access to. Let's get back to the basics on all truck's and equipment. Really enjoy the videos guys. Good morning from Elberta, Alabama, USA.
