Northern Arizona is A LOT more diverse than people think. Elevations from 3000 to over 12,000 feet. Everything from high desert, to forests, to alpine. Riding almost year round up here. And is year round if you're willing to throw Phoenix area in the mix.(Jan high temps around 70F) But shhhhh.... It's already getting overcrowded here IMO. 🤫😎

Ahhhh. The local DH spot for us here in Prescott and the Verde Valley. The camera setup and your guys' riding skills make 28 look WAY smoother than it actually is. Sofa king fun tho when the confidence level gets to where you can ride most of it at speed. 🤘🏼☠️😎

@tmwjr7774 жыл бұрын
Have you ridden Trail #28???? Your avg MTB rider would consider about 30-40% of it almost unrideable. And honestly, hikers have difficulty navigating 28. It may look "easy" enough on camera. But a fair chunk of this track is a rock garden/boulder field, perched on the side of a near vertical cliff. So yeah, most "mere mortals" would have no desire to ride #28 at all!! Much less at race speeds!!!......... Camera setup and these guys' skills make it look WAY easier than it is. Trust me. Probably in the top 5 or 10 gnarliest DH tracks in AZ!!

Trail 111, so sinister. My favorite this year.
@tmwjr7774 жыл бұрын
No 111 in this vid...... The video is Trail #28 first (which is WAY gnarlier than it looks on video!) and Trail #533 in the second half of the vid. Which has a few spurts of tech, but is mostly high speed flow. Trail #111 would be the connector between 28 & 533. Which I did not see any footage of.
