Nice and easy. I do have one question chef? At some restaurants when we order PBM, paneer looks like it's fried and then put into the curry. What's best way to cook according to you? Should we fry paneer or not? Thank you

I don't prefer to fry because Paneer is protein and you fry and make it rubbery but when fried and soaked in water and used in Palak Paneer it is super tasty..
