അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ, മുരളീധരൻ! ഞാനൊരു വിദഗ്ദൻ അല്ല. എന്നാലും അനുഭവത്തിൽ നിന്നു ഒരു കാര്യം പറയാം. ഇനി KSFE യിൽ നിന്നു ചിട്ടി പിടിച്ചാൽ ആ പണം സർക്കാർ ട്രഷറിയിൽ 366 ദിവസത്തേക്കു നിക്ഷേപിക്കുമ്പോൾ 8.5% പലിശ മാസം തോറും ലഭിക്കും. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപയ്ക്ക് ഒരു വർഷത്തെ പലിശയായി 42500/- രൂപ ഇപ്പോൾ കിട്ടും. ഒരോ മാസവും 3541 രൂപാ പലിശ കിട്ടും. ആ പലിശ കൊണ്ടു ചേരാവുന്ന KSFE ചിട്ടിക്കു വീണ്ടും ചേർന്നാൽ അതൊരു സുരക്ഷിതമായ നിക്ഷേപമായി വളരും. ചിട്ടിവട്ടമെത്തുന്നതു വരെ ട്രഷറിയിൽ FD ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. @Nikhil, your advice is very useful and simple. Investment in mutual funds are good only when the market crash.Good real-estate especially in the commercial building segment in cities are much more attractive.Becauswie we will get returns at every month and in future it will give huge appreciation far more better than in blue chip investment.Because blue chip companies everywhere is very very high price even during this corona period.
