Can't understand the pure hatred for the Dome. I was 11 years old and it was such a great experience, really felt like the dawn of a new age, exciting and fun.

The staff come across as extremely uptight and patronising. Horrible, horrible place.

The staff had to deal with londoners on a daily basis, who aren't typically very nice people lol

Not really. If you've worked any public service job you'll come to learn the majority of people are scum, its enough to dampen your spirit which is clearly how they felt so cut them some slack. They had to deal with constant press attacks also.
