1. Carrot Pineapple Cake Recipe
Maida
Powdered sugar
Pine apple jam
Grated carrot
Butter
vanilla essence
Instructions
1. Pr-heat the oven for 160 degree for 10 min
2. Set the pan with greased butter paper.
Preparations
1. Beat the butter for 5 min in one direction
2. Add sugar into it as gently
3. Add egg one by one
4. Pour some vanilla essence
5. Sieve the maida with baking powder
6. Add grated carrot in the maida flour. Mix well
7. Put the carrot- maida mix into the beated butter and fold well.
8. Beat the jam and mix into the maida mix and fold it
9. Put the mix in the greased pan in the oven for baking.

Icing sugar
Butter
1. Beat the butter
2. Add icing sugar into it and fold it
3. Apply it on the cake.
