I love that you are so in depth and thorough with your reviews of the lower cost, Chinese brands. I live in China at the moment and Traxxas, Associated and Axial are very expensive here so I'm pretty much limited to the Chinese brands if I don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Hey mate. I have had no issues with the gears. More than likely it is people that don't know how correctly mesh the pinon and spur.

Hey I have a question I've only ran my zombie for literally like 20 minutes on 4s and it seems like my rear end is almost like tied up or something everything is moving correctly but the shaft to rear end or something I didn't even beat in it at all?

Hellava great review. i'm definitely sold! lol. DHK has been around for about 4 years or so, that i know of. They also have a monster truck (maximus) a buggy (optimus) both 1/8th scale. dhk wolf 1/10 scale buggy and a few others i believe. They had a few problems out the gate, and i don't think people were totally sold on a new company. Also i i believe DHK is an australian company. it even comes with a battery now, sweeet!! Great. I will get a zombie from taobao China. And the cool thing is they sell the 80%kit version which is all assembled but the motor/servo/esc/battery. It`s only about 170 US $$. Luckily, I have a friend travel back from China.

Have you had a durability test for each truck you review? When I say durability do the same driving style in an extensive period of time not just for the duration of the battery charge for testing. Say 2hrs continues playtime everyday for a month long. Because I am not going to drive it for just a day. Testing it for a longer period of time, that's when you know if it is GOOD because this will also test other components of the trucks like the motor, ecs, etc. Just my suggestion though. I like your videos by the way, it helps a lot of enthusiasts to the hobby. Only it is a very quick test and right then and there cars are recommended. Thanks! Subed and Liked!

I’ve owned DHK Rc cars before and I hated them after I realized how the 4wd center drivetrain keeps stripping on powerful brushless systems either 1/10 or 1/8 brushless systems. No the tires r the right ones switch the rear to front in an ‘X’ figure... example passenger rear tire goes to driver front n vise versa but this is 2 yrs old m sure u figured it out

RC Tanks & Trucks 24/7 I received the zombie today. I was stunned how massive it is. Holy cow!! The videos don't do it justice. I got all the right tires lol. So I'm still torn about the bison and which I'll like better. So I decided to get both !!!!!

Hi guys! I received the zombie yesterday here in The Netherlands as a gift for my son.. ok, also for myself a bit. We re newbies at profi rc. 😋 It runs great on stock battery and 3s fluereon 4500 mah. Fast enough for our narrow street. It took dhl two days to get it here. Gearbest took about a week. Servo was loose as aspected, extra double tape works perfect. Screws were all thight. I only have one question, how should i set th-trim? Could somebody explain this for me? Th-d/r is super for learning to drive for my son with lower speed. Thanks a lot for all your advice!

RC Tanks & Trucks 24/7 ok i didnt manage to get it working other than on 100%. I thought that wasnt right, but i will leave it like this then. Thanks Steve! I bought the Zombie thanks to your vids also! Keep it on! Btw. I like the zombie more than the Maximus because it needs only one battery. An important spec for me as i have only one charger with the zombie! ;-)
