I confirm it is the worse company ! They know notjing about import taxes but they will charge you 35% from the value of the item to go to the customs and pay the duties (15%) from their pocket.

I just wanna know why you didn't order an aeropress from Amazon? It costs around 3 to 7k in Amazon. But I'm not sure what's the difference between a 3k aeropress and 7k one. Since you already have one please review it again...how it lasts, if there are any problems or issues etc. Thanks :)

Haha.. same for me. Ordered a lomo instant square glass camera worth 14k and today dhl asked me to pay 8k to customs. This is just plain robbery. They just mention whatever reason they want in the customs invoice and screw people’s happiness.

i am facing the same problem now! i live in switzerland and my friend has sent a dhl parcel from nepal to odisha but it is stuck in Delhi! i called already 3 times delhi DHL and they said to upload KYC documents, which my brother did already who is in india, then i call for the 4th time and they told me to scan and send it. When i myself tried to download KYC docs of my bro, it does not work! You know what the hell is this! but i know DHL service in Swiss is very fast and good! But this is india and the DHL service of india is so bad! those employed are so unexperience and just as if they are working there for free!!! that is why customers of DHL in india are suffering!!! we should really make complain about these useless custom service in delhi or somewhere else!

Present I am also facing the issue with DHL KYC there are not accepting my kyc because the address in my aadhaar and the address written is not matching as everyone know the address in govt id aadhaar it is mentioned in a shortcut, from 4 days I am facing this issue.

Hi dear, thank you so much for the vedio..to be honest I am super scared right now... because I have won a giveaway gift ..a huge giveaway gift for the first time ever in my life..which is on the way from korea to India(Mumbai)... and even I got a message aswell as call regarding the KYC submission... after cing the heafty amout you paid for the customs $42USD... omg..i am like honestly, legit super scared. Chor hai DHL wale. Even if customs releases your parcel maybe without charging anything, DHL will send you a link asking for customs and taxes money to be paid to their account. They will say they made the payment to customs on our behalf to release the parcel. Ask them to email you the payment invoice towards custom.
