Dude's basically like an individual version of Media One. ഇയാൾ പറഞ്ഞതിനൊക്കെ മറ്റു യൂട്യൂബർമാർ തന്നെ മറുപടി കൊടുത്തിട്ടും ഉണ്ട്. അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞതിൽ ആകെയൊരു legitimate point, ബിജെപിയിൽ വന്ന ശേഷം അഴിമതി അന്വേഷണങ്ങൾ നിൽക്കപ്പെടുന്നു എന്നുള്ളത് മാത്രമാണ്. രവീഷ് കുമാർ ഇനി എത്ര കോമാളിത്തരം കാണിച്ചാലും, അയാളെ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന കുറേ viewers ഉണ്ട്. അതുപോലെയെ ഉള്ളൂ ധ്രുവ് റാട്ടിയും. അവനവന് ഇഷ്ടമില്ലാത്ത സർക്കാർ എന്ത് ചെയ്താലും പുള്ളിക്ക് ആകെ പ്രശ്നമാണ്. പുള്ളി ഇതിനു മുൻപ് നടത്തിയ ഒട്ടുമിക്ക fear mongering & predictions എല്ലാം പാളിപ്പോയതാണ്‌. പക്ഷേ വീണ്ടും ഇയാളുടെ പിന്നാലെ ഈ നടക്കുന്നത് എന്തിനാണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാകുന്നില്ല. Electoral ബോണ്ട് വന്നത് കൊണ്ട്‌ ആരാണ് പണം കൊടുത്തത് എന്നെങ്കിലും മനസിലാക്കാന്‍ കഴിയും. മുമ്പ് അതൊന്നും അറിയാൻ കഴിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. രണ്ടു ശതമനം വോട്ട് ഉണ്ട് എങ്കിലേ electrol bond മേടിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയൂ. സിപിഐഎം ന് അത്രയും ശതമാനം വോട്ട് ഇല്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട്‌ ഡിഎംകെ പോലുള്ള പാര്‍ട്ടിയെ കൊണ്ട്‌ മേടിച്ചു അതിന്റെ ഒരു പങ്ക് പറ്റുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ 10 കോടി രൂപ ഡിഎംകെ സിപിഐഎം ന് കൊടുത്തത് അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് സിപിഐഎം കള്ള പണമായി പണം മേടിക്കുന്നു. സാന്റിയാഗോ മാര്‍ട്ടിന്റെ കൈയിൽ നിന്ന് 25 കോടി സിപിഐഎം മേടിച്ചത് അങ്ങനെയാണ്.

@PRtalkspraveen minor corrections Praveen bro. 1) In the video you mentioned that BJP took tye control of police in delhi while Kejriwal was ruling. Delhi's police force has always veen under the Union government (because its the narion's capital, even though police is a state subject). 2) Electoral bond data is stored only in physical form, over 29 or so SBI branches. Definitely BJP xan access a few branches, but not all...ex: Kerala, where BJP is weak. Plus other parties can also access them if BJP does it...say a communist working at SBI. But, accessing without authorisation is a really tough feat...be it for BJP or CPM.

Great video as always. Thanks Praveen. I have a few questions and comments. 1. The first issue raised was the election malpractice in Chandigarh elections. Even though this action is deplorable and cannot be condoned due to precedents, I feel Druv was reading too much into the event. Municipal elections are conducted by the state election commission, and the election commission of India has no role in it. So, even if we agree that BJP had a role in this malpractice, to interpret this as BJP's larger agenda to reduce India to a dictatorship is too stretched (even if this is the case, Chandigarh municipal corporation is too small a fish to catch in the larger scheme of things). 2. The omission of a judicial representative from the panel selecting the election commissioner. The question comes down to this whole distrust in the political heads. Let's assume that there is a representative from the higher judiciary. What is the guarantee that he/she doesn't collude with the government in appointing their favorites as the Commissioner? Now, how is the CJI appointed? Is it a democratic process? We people have no idea on what criteria a person is appointed to the higher judiciary. So the basic assumption is, these are constitutional posts and in a modern consitutional democracy, regardless of who comes to power, these people once appointed have to act according to the limits set by the laws and rules laid down. Partisanship can be an issue wherever they are acting in their discretion. By this logic we cannot trust any appointees by the government to act fairly and dutifully. I am not trying to be naive by saying every appointees act freely and fairly. But the proof of instances should be criteria to say that India is moving closer to dictatorship. I am not intending to prolong the comment further. The point is, any party, be it Congress or BJP, comes through a democratic process. The idea is, once they are in power, it's the rule of law and not of men in power. To cast aspersions based on mistrust is not healthy. Every party in power has shown favoritism tendencies. Has there been an instance where the ECI has categorically taken decisions that favor the ruling dispensation? If yes, then which officer did it? Was he/she appointed because he/she was favored by the ruling dispensation? I feel what Druv did was to use a few news headlines and instances to burn the strawman he created.

He will not see Dictatorship there. If he were to be bought over by BJP he will then switch his narrative. Yes BJP people should and perhaps would Ofcourse counter his charges on the merit of the arguments. But his antecedents and leanings will definitely be raked up, alongwith one sided arguments and filtered views that he puts out. For every narrative setting, a counter narrative setting will be the first one to come, rather than a defensive rebuttal to his points. Timing of crackdown is perhaps political, but that is politics anyway. Kejriwals long avoidance to appear for summons is his mistake. Else the rest like Jain and Sisodia had been in custody since long. ED’s activities take their own time to make things watertight.
