it only pulls up a few of my photos from the library. It doesn’t let me see all of the photos just a few so I don’t have a lot to choose from to make my stickers? why does it do that ? I want all the photos to show so I can pick which ones I want.

When I click stickers , I don’t get the plus sign to bring me to photos. I can go to photos first and add sticker. Thoughts?

If you edit the photo in the photo app and add text, you can then add it as a stickers you lose live stickers though.

Hi Dan! I'm a Subscriber and this is an *excellently made tutorial!* 👍 I'm running iOS 17 with a 14 Pro Max and I'm getting the animated Live stickers in my Sticker gallery fine! However I have a problem!... - I create a new blank message and "tap" on a sticker and it gets added (with the animation) to the message, though with a tiny checkbox. - If I tap; hold and drag; then place the sticker in the message (a little green + symbol appears), however the sticker is there, but not animated! - Also any subsequent stickers I drag, get placed one after the other in a row. (like I've hit the return key). I cannot "group" them as such. What am I doing wrong? _(PS: However oddly, I can place a sticker anywhere on a Sent message!)_

Thanks, appreciate the support! So I tested out what you said and it all seems the same on my end. So basically if you drag a Live Sticker into the text box the green plus appears and also removes the animation. Not sure why it does this but that’s how it works. As for grouping in the text box, it doesn’t work like that. It will just place one on top of the other. The only way to stack them is to drag one on top of the other on the actual messages. I’m not sure if this answered your question?

@@DHTV Hi Dan, I've tried dragging one on top of the other, but it won't work my end. (though I can easily do it on Sent messages) Very odd!? Something that I did discover from your video though, about 'dragging' stickers; is you can drag an Emoji into the message and the emoji becomes huge size (and not the default text size). I don't know if you already knew that, but some of them are quite effective and colorful in the large format! :)

Interesting, I didn’t know the emojis were large on their own, I knew they got a little bigger but thought you had to resize them to make them really big. As for the stacking, I can stack the stickers on sent and received messages. Try stacking lightly below the sticker.

@@DHTV Hi Dan, you spurred me on to exploring more on Stickers; and I discovered a really cool artistic feature for the photos app. View a selected photo > Tap & Hold > Add Sticker. - Keep the Sticker Gallery open - Tap & hold on the new sticker > Add Effect > "Comic" > Done - Edit > Markup - Tap the litte "+" Symbol - Tap Add Sticker and select the same sticker. - Tap it to add it to the photo. - Resize/position it to the same photo size and overlay it. - Done - Try zooming in and cropping on an interesting area. - Experiment with effects. Sharpen tool works well, plus the b&w filters. You can get some really artistic photos. Some look like drawings or paintings! iOS 17 is awesome! I thought I'd share this with you. Keep up the great work with your channel at DHTV. 👍
