My 5 year old twins have adenoids hypertrophy, frequent viral infections, chronic cough specially at night, mouth breathing, stuffy nose at night, snoring from past 2 year...cough is the main issue. I tried nasal spray many times but their condition is getting worse. I tried many doctors..now I don't know what should I do? Is it adenoids or something else. Nights are so scary for me 😞. Help pls
