Recipe for ice cream:
Mix 1 pint of heavy cream with 2 tsp of vanilla extract and 6 or 7 tbsp of allulose
Blend with a hand mixer until the cream becomes thick
Place in the freezer for several hours
If desired, add sugar free chocolate syrup, unsweetened coconut, and nuts of your choice to make a sundae.
