Such a nice explanation.. cool and calm personality.. best teacher for sure and also a very good doctor as I can smell from watching your video.. I am also diabetic and facing so many problems since long back and specially after my 2nd child birth.. abdominal pain hyperglycemia nausea and all.. but unable to goto doctor because of family and work responsibilities and corona fear.. and this is a small town.. how may I get suggestions from you ??
