My pleasure! So far, it seems very effective. I particularly like the app that comes with it.

Such a tiny amount of money for something all users need. For a machine costing users £1,200 a year, the extra 24 pennies or so would make no difference to their profits.

how many sensors are there in one pack? and do you have to throw away the applicator after use?
@writerlywitterings7 ай бұрын
One sensor per pack and irritatingly yes, the applicator is to be thrown away after its single use. What sort of stupidity is that? I'll be doing an update before long.

Hi, how did you find the sibionics sensor. Accurate enough?

I actually did find it accurate, but I've heard a number of other people (like John Smith) who've not had good experiences. I think it's genuine, but for the same money, I'll stick with Abbot Labs, I think. I trust them more. Sorry to take so long to respond - ill health and deadlines!

You're not the first person I've heard say that - have to admit, I didn't have problems, but if a significant number did, well, I think I'll stick with Abbot's.

Too bad it does not come with a reader, you must have a smart phone which I do not wish to have.
@writerlywitterings7 ай бұрын
Yes. If you want a reader without a phone, I think you need to go to one of the US firms - Abbot or Dexcomm.

I didn't find it that inaccurate - but I am not convinced. Especially since the firm is charging the same as Abbot charge for a Libre. I like the Libre and trust US manufacturing more (which no doubt means they make the ruddy things in China!)
