One really fun thing about Inna's - all weapons lots (both hands and cube) are flexible. There are mathematically best ones, but there's nothing with an affix that's truly required for things to function--all the vital affixes are on armor slots. This means that still-quite-solid builds can switch to common cooldown buffs, or even the Inna's staff to combo with Royal Grandeur to also get the 4-piece Raiment for no-cooldown Dashing Strike and just zip around blazing fast.

Just about to pick up D3 on PS5 after an 8 yr break from playing it on PC. I can tell there is a lot of things about seasons to take in. just to complement raxx's description of the shenlong bugfix, that bug was only an issue if you used the set with a spender, because you'd run into situations where spirit would never max out. Since this build uses a generator (unless you're using tempest rush / won kim lau to autoproc cyclone strike), you wouldn't really run into the issue with the build Also, Raxx, could you make a guide on the nuances of moving around with this build? I find myself defaulting to GoD/WW for farming because I can't get into the rhythm with this build and end up taking much longer to farm T16 with it than I do with those other builds. I think I'm not the only one, and would benefit greatly from a guide on how to use dashing strike properly

Great guide rax. I have a suggestion for those that do rifts ina group you can wear nemesis. Instead warmguard bracers. And equip stone of jordan and avarice. For group t16 rifts. Still be fast as hell. Other options exist as well as using 3 piece raiment set works also insanely fast then no need for in-geom or echoing fury. Other guides out there as well to explain this variation cant remember the link right now.

For leveling, is it worth it to kill kulle for soul shard asap? gather a few shards to salvage and get gems?

@@almertje i was just thinking about getting +all res diamonds in armor for huge survivability or rubies for weapon for huge dmg boost early, you could probably jump the torment level alot with them if the shards drop often.

Kind of a side note not related to this video but isn’t Rats going to be super strong? Yes other builds and classes are strong and could be XP meta (even just inna or WoL etc). Rats getting the pet gem, support gems, extra CHD and other stats, etc etc just making the damage crazy? Yes the XP once it’s set up may be better to do “push” 150 speeds for XP but rats could probably do 130+ in 2-3mins or less? Will be interesting to find out and theorizing about for the time being.

Inna isn`t a slow build, inna can easily do 2-3min runs so Rats wont beat it no matter what

Hi Rax, as always a top video, your skills as a raconteur develop. A very annoying problem of which i know i am not the only victim: my dashing stike has 2 stacks and i press 1 (my key for it) i instantly shoot forward TWICE and lose the other stack. tried a ton of things to stop this without any kind of success. PLEASE PLEASE help.

Yes your observation wrt to the nerf pattern makes sense. Lol luckily I kept the sk fists. Took me a lot of mats to get dex/vit/arm our on crudest boots aargh. Don’t wish to do it again

While I appreciate that a lot, I am asking another now! What Paragon Level do I need to hit GR150? I have had D3 since it came out, and I have never gotten close to 150! Bane of the Trapped activates itself by having the level 25 bonus that creates an aura to slow enemies Which counts as a control impairing effect, this is why everyone uses it

He using the royal grandeur ring which gives you a free 1 piece of a set bonus. So you equipped 5 pieces and still get the 6 piece bonus.

No worries, he mentioned a few times this would NOT be as powerful as the season 25 version. The multipliers from the shards are far stronger. 0 paragon spent 140s done reasonably well are possible in season 25.

the only reason I used footage from a previous season is because my monk actually died on hardcore, so I couldn't record it live. The inna ally monk version THIS SEASON is way stronger than you see it in the footage. in the footage I'm destroying a GR100, but next season you will be able to annihilate way higher.

Gona roll with Innas staff for MA damage. Cant bother with Shens it's a horrible play style. Ditch the primary strike and the item with it. Add Crimson set and another CD skill there is one that gives the same dmg reduce. You want to fill your bar with CD skills so a primary does not fit.

It has been my experience that for equivalently geared Monks the Water/Cold build is much much faster than Fire at low level GR's (Great for levelling Gems) the Fire build is much better for pushing/XP per hour. So you are not wrong pushing the Cold build if your goal is to get through GR's the absolute fastest possible.

Well there is a fire speed build that destroys higher GRs where the water allies would fall flat, but yes, lower GR/power leveling, water allies is the best option

Yes and no. Yes you can still play him, but not in season, meaning you wont be able to use the season only gems. If you want to play season, you have to rebirth the character, which makes him Lvl1 and all the character's items go to non season.

You will need to start over to play in season 25. Though if you really push yourself you could easily be about 500 paragon within ~5 hours of gameplay. When I carried a few I got them to 500 paragon within 2 hours.

I really hate the monk fire build. I can't play it.... I have trouble staying alive while waiting for allies to come off cooldown. It's even worse when the allies does nothing, then I have to stay alive with an elite nearby. Lets not even start with trying to time your allies along with Shenlongs. I take it the water build is a B tier build?

Man, I cannot figure out how to use the Shenlong setup. I try to keep Spirit close to full until I see COE at cold, then I fill up spirit to activate it and hit fire ally...boom...most monsters are still alive and I am dead. Can anyone shed some light on how to properly use this?
