one thing I hope they do... Remove the super zoomed in mode and make the current max camera angle the zoomed in mode and then allow you to zoom out a bit if you want to. Maybe not as far as it does for world bosses, but at least half way.

Itemization is the biggest problem of this game currently. If they fixed this in a reasonable way that player can really compare items and the affixes will be easier to understand would really help the game!

Affixes are not hard to understand what is annoying about this is that there is too many of them and some of them are ocmpletely useless :D Just keep like 5 or 6 of them and scrap all others

Diablo 4 is the worst diablo ever released. I played them all. And this is the first that got me bored so fast... I played more D2 Remastered than D4 which I've already stopped playing out of boredom.

One thing I learned from playing D4 was how time consuming inventory management due to poor itemisation efforts. When your itemisation is lack luster, cover it up with a decent loot filter feature. My ingame time was wasted going thru each gear stats and most of them were trash. Legendary aspects from gears should be recorded into codex once they are salvaged. In which multiverse, the devs think players should keep salvaged aspects in both character’s inventory and stash?

i think this is furthered by the fact there is a lack of a fully fleshed out crafting system to bring more depth to the trash loot we gather. Maybe some of that trash loot could be re optimized or converted to useful and even awesome gear if we could actually customize it to our liking.

I think you listening and adding more endgame, codex merge for aspects, and other QOL stuff is awesome. D4 has great bones and its shaping up to be awesome. I'm excited for the new stuff. For the future though, more bang for hyped up announcements I think would be taken a bit more positive going by the likes/dislikes. Even if you can't commit, being more open about what's being worked on a little more would be nice. Tell us the class, give us some details on what could be happening. I know you can't commit early, but this presentation felt a little bare bones hype wise, lots of stringing along for small reveals. Just some critique. Believe in your team knowing what the community wants, just a bit of constructive critique from a longtime fan.

I had an idea Blizzard may want to consider. The short version is to institute build-outs not for deferent builds for a character, but for different seasons. Casual players (and I speak for myself) may not be joining seasonal play because they think they don't have the time to finish a season before it's over. If there was a way to play a season beyond the three months it's out, they may be more wiling to play the game. Also, everyone wants to play games the way they want, otherwise modding would not be a thing. Baldur's Gate 3 has a huge number of mods available. Being able to tailor your game experience by a playstyle may be just the thing to bring players back, and it would be easily customizable if each character were able to change the season they appear in.

When y'all mentioned going back to Kurast Docks I literally jumped off my couch and yelled yes like a football team just scored a touchdown. I'm beyond excited to see Kurast and the jungles again. It has always been my favorite place in all of the Diablo's. 72 years later, there's very few that would live that long. Ormus maybe being a mage of sorts. Hralti would be very old, but he's also a Sorceror. Natalya probably left with the rest of the Assassins (lore wise the Viz'Jaqtaar or Vizjerei Assassins for corrupted mages). There's no way Alkor is alive unless he's like 180 now. Lol. We've already seen Meshif. Asheara would have been with the Iron Wolves in theory. So I imagine she died, or went off somewhere we've yet to hear about. Regardless, I am so stoked!

looks great. the itemization is huge - aspects particularly clogging up the inventory. the save of builds for quick switch is big to me as well. also the endgame new tiers are needed to push the build power once lv100 is reached. cant wait for them to come. thanks for listening and continue improving the game.

Bro I’m so excited so summarized we are getting a challenge dungeon abattoir of zir that has multiple tiers and is going to be harder than lillith I’m assuming on the 5th , itemization the biggest problem is being actually worked on it’s gonna take time there’s a lot of coding to do for that change, and then we are getting leaderboards and gauntlet for s3 ….the game is getting ready to be 🔥 💯 so freaking good and also they are gonna give us an armory for loadouts and minimize aspects taking up space and that is just the juicy parts I probably missed some of the goods can’t wait!!!!!!!

Almost a month and living steel chests still haven't been fixed. Remember when a helltide chest had higher than normal drop rates for shakos in S0 and like 21 people got one? Blizzard fixed that in under 3 hours

Would be great to add mount customizations to the wardrobe profiles. That way, you have your saved visual loadouts along with a mount for each slot. Honestly, speaking. Make all endgame bosses drop the same summoning currency 1-2 per kill, then lower Duriel summoning cost to 3. Right now Zir and Beast in ice are completely irrelevant once you get the items you need. Loved this panel and the campfire chats in general. It seems like every box is slowly getting checked. The teams have done a really good job improving upon the base game. They are currently focused on the right things and the game feels good today. I super don't like the fact that game won't let make good ranged charachters. Every best build works in melee range. Some mechanics just prevent range combat enjoying :/ Also there is no competitive totemic build. It's a shame, i love that playstyle.

What I don't understand... If this was a game that didn't have the "restart every season" mechanic, I'd understand this "endgame, endgame, more endgame" focus he keeps talking about... but the seasons reset every 3 months and all the meta builds are disrupted. It seems like building out your content with high end meta build, beat echo of Lilith content that only maybe 5% of your population is going to be able to even do, is just a weird angle to focus on. Meanwhile , anyone playing normal builds are just stuck repeating the same things over and over.

This campfire didn't tell us much of anything outside of what was announced already in the opening ceremony. Kind of pointless tbh, but at least you guys were having fun and chilling. It's actually hilarious you think he would ever just randomly pick questions to ask, as if anyone in his position would ever just wing it and place someone in this team in an awkward spot. @@rnightshade Picking questions knowing the panel will just say "we are thinking about it" is even worse. The panels are to present new content, similar to what Ion did with the WoW panel. They all seemed disconnected: new class answered with "we chose to do a new one"??, rest "we are thinking", that is weak prep if there was any. Usual campfire chats are 1000x better.
