I got a positive PT. nausea intermittent breast tenderness bloating cramps but no darkening of areola or any melasma. Can i be pregnant? I have irregular menses over my teenage years but the past year my mens was pretty regular but it doesnt always fall on the same day or week.

They both contribute. Progesterone will contribute towards it throughout the entire pregnancy if it is present. HCG is responsible for what is colloquially known as 'morning sickness.'
