Install WinPower H11 6000K LED Fog Light - Nissan Pathfinder

I finally changed the passenger side fog light bulb, it was so hard to do it, just put the bulb in a correct position as I can’t see it while installing then turn it 45 degrees clock wise. Now my Nissan Pathfinder 2017 looks great as all lights are white now.

I just got some bulbs that do both white and yellow so depending on wet or dry to help with visibility

You know why the factory lights aren't as white right? When driving through fog standard lights (more dull/yellow in color) penetrate fog, while solid white lights reflect off the fog not giving you the same or better viewing distance. Unfortunately the research backs what I just said, this with car manufactures don't use LED fog lights. If your LED lights had two modes, white and yellow that would benefit you a lot you. For dark roads your white fog lights would be great, for times when the visibility is lower due to fog or rain the yellow lights would give you an advantage over the white fog lights.

Since making the video, I have now switched them to the Auxbeam FT-1 H11 bulbs. They appear to give off less glare to on coming traffic. You can install this in the headlight and foglight. Take a look: amzn.to/2Y781GF

hi. i like the led foglights. have you thought of changing your low beam bulbs. also, do you recommend to add clearcoat to your nismo emblems on the front and fenders? would these fade over time?

My low beams are factory LED (Platinum trim). You don't need to add clear coat to the emblem.

Are the fan of the WinPower light noisy? I have a similar LED light like the one you just install and it is very noisy

Great review as always, but for SUV this high, the fog light only illuminate right in front, it's hard to notice it farther away. Also, they look a little blueish compared to your headlights

Yes the fog lights are meant to illuminate the area right in front of the car. The fog LEDs being 6000k is whiter (bluish) than the factory which is probably under 5000k.

Well, I've just taken delivery on an 2017 PF Black Midnight edition, kinda excited about upgrading the High Beans and Fogs to all LED. I have used the Auxbeam F16 before and they are good LED lights. On the Pathfinder, make sure you don't get super bright LED lights for the fog, because they sit quite high, it can blind oncoming traffic. That's why I put in the WinPower as they work well for the Pathfinder. But you can install the Auxbeam F16 in the high beam and that will work well amzn.to/2MggPXw

I think the fact you vinyl wrapped the fog light accent pieces to gloss silver, you are sending extra glare for on coming traffic when the original black plastic would cancel out the glare. Probably why they kept it black. Nonetheless, the wrap looks good but maybe a matte finish wrap is the the way to go to help mute the glare a bit. Just my 2 cents.

Did you buy the WinPower H11 or the Auxbeam F-T1 LED light? If you are buying the Auxbeam F-T1 on the Amazon Canada site, it appears they no longer offer the H11 size.

The passenger side is impossible, I broke the bulb while installing, ordered a new ones

If you can't get it from the top, get to it from underneath. Think there are 3 screws and then pull back the plastic liner directly under the fog light.

@@dial2fast I did that too from underneath beside the front wheel, There is a black compartment which prevents my left hand to reach, caused my left arm to be injured, I don't care about the injury, I will try again from underneath once the new pair of LEDs will be delivered.
