Let's learn what we may say and hear at the restaurant in Ukrainian: Dialogue at the restaurant between a visitor and a waiter.
You will see a video with a dialogue and follow the text at the same time. After each piece of the dialogue, I will give explanations for some phrases that are typically used in restaurants and cafes.
The video will be great for beginners and pre-intermediate students (A1, A2 levels).
We will learn how to ask about free tables, how to make an order, what phrases the waiter may use, how to ask where WC is, how to ask about a Wi-Fi password, and how to ask for a bill and make a payment. So after this lesson, you will feel more confident visiting Ukrainian restaurants or cafes! :)

Szczerzę mówiąc, trochę nie mam czasu uczyć się ukraińskiego, ale przynajmniej dzięki Tobie i takim kanałom coś tam zapamiętam i do kierowców z Dniepra (bo z Nimi handlujemy) jestem w stanie czasem coś powiedzieć ( ja wiem, że oni po rusku i ja też coś tam umiem), no ale... chodzi o cos innego ✌

Nice dialog! Will save this for later :) But isn’t “Спасйбі “(~8:20) the russian word for “Thank you”?
@VERBA_SCHOOL
@VERBA_SCHOOL Жыл бұрын
This word equally exists in both languages because has the same roots. Спасибі from "спаси Бог" - save god. It is not russianism as some people say, it is a 100% Ukrainian word, as a synonyn to "дякую" 😊
