Lots of lying down but a lot of lifting, my legs are happy to be at rest today. I can certainly feel my entire lower body today after all the squats!! Chest & triceps, it’s going to be tough, plenty of push ups & presses but what a feeling of strength & accomplishment there'll be at the end! Have a fun pressing & pushing workout everyone, we got this 💖

I was happy too that today is upper body and it is chest, triceps and abs- one of my favourites. This was fierce!! After all those flies and diamond presses I will be dead tomorrow! came back after 2 weeks withouth working out, this was hard and great. Usually I'd go for 25-35' max but I managed to go to the end with some more pauses. Love how she sometimes fails too. I also apreciate how the impact is well distributed in all Caroline's routines that I found. She's just the greatest in youtube

I have been with Caroline since the beginning, and did all the EPICs and the other series. Unfortunately, I had to drop EPIC III after 4 weeks because I was in pain, in my knees, in my shoulders, in my back, not the good kind of pain. I wasn’t doing very heavy weights either, I’m not sure why it didn’t suit my body. Maybe getting to be 57 next month is part of the problem with joints. I decided to rest from weight lifting for 10 days while doing swim and run and today I went back to EPIC Heat, which worked so well for me. I miss being ‘live’ with the community, reading and sharing comments as we go along. I miss Caroline’s little hearts or responses. But I am so grateful Caroline that you created such a vast choice of programs or individual workouts, and I remember what you said after…was it EPIC 2 or HEAT (?): BE GRATEFUL TO YOUR BODY. And being grateful to my body means to listent to it. And so, I’m not in EPIC III, sadly, but I’m back to EPIC HEAT… I’m still moving !!!

Day 28 of EPIC III Done! Wow what a workout! My arms and abs!! I love the optimism and energy still at the end of every workout! It's amazing to see! My arms were shaking by the time it got to the Tate Presses. The abs looked easy but they were not hehe! Loved every minute of it! Thank you Caroline!

@@soleil0812Elli That's so inspiring! I hope you never give up on those diamond pushups!! Keep up the great work and as an added word of advice, bodyweight exercises are all super easy to recover from. There's no such thing as "Too many" lunges, push-ups, pull ups etc.

This workout is the one I am most excited about this week although I absolutely loved Muscle building back and bicep workout and the Notorious no repeat squat leg day. Meticulously planned, this dynamite workout is amazing, slow and focused, allowing us to make the most out of every single repetition! And yes, my chest, triceps and abs were pushed to the max but feeling accomplished for the hard work they did today. Thank you, Caroline!💙

By following Caroline's training, I've worked my way up from 5 pound weights flys to 15 pound weights flyes over the last year. I can also do tricep pushups on my toes (a year ago, I had to do them on my knees)! Thank you, Caroline for sharing your workouts, encouragement, and beautiful Irish accent with us! This is deadly 👍 Both the arm sessions this week are painstakingly amazing and I'm gonna love the pain after I finish this....and Caroline's finishers are REAL FINISHERS... I mean not only the session finishes but at least for me I'm finished as well 😂😂😂😂...but love being done with each exercise and get stronger with each rep as she says💪❤️

Even down to the abs which I do most days, I still felt that burn as no rest in between. An excellent session but with lots of 🔥🔥🔥. You will probably love it😂😂 have a great day all.

Extremely intense! 🔥🔥🔥 The amount of creativity and hard work Caroline puts in each workout is so inspiring! 🤩 Of course I did the recommended add-on ... this wee push ups workout was my first workout with Caroline! It felt so hard when I did it the first time and now I'm able to do good quality push ups ... even after a tiring upper body session! 🌟💪🏻🌟 Hope you enjoy today's workout as much as I did! Wow Caroline I liked so much this workout. Worked so hard my triceps and chest and then you think “ok, abs, relax the arms”, but then you began to notice how your abs were dying 🤣. Thank you Caroline ❤️

This is going to be an amazing upper body strength workout 💪. Lying down will give the legs a rest but the upper body is going to be on fire 🔥💪. My arms are again on fire! I think my triceps reached a new level today! Excellent workout. The staple was particularly challenging towards the end, which is possibly a consequence of strengthening the grip. Thanks, Caroline!

This one flew by!. I loved that most of it was on the mat but boy did I feel it!. I’m blown away by Caroline’s strength and when she paused at the end I shouted to myself ‘ don’t you dare! Did this today and it was a great workout. I used 35lbs for chest, 18 lbs for the staple and 15lbs for the triceps. My pecs were really shaky by the last set of dead stop chest press. Even though I was lying down most of the time, it didn’t take away the intensity of the workout. And like others have stated, my legs were thankful to have a rest today!

All I can say is wow! I have yet to do one of your workouts, just watched some but you are flawless! You achieved this physique without a gym? Just home workouts? I'm impressed. You're definitely my body goal. I'm in my 50's though and have to do push ups from my knees. Gotta start somewhere.

I was finally able to lift 40 for chest for the 45 seconds I was so surprised but I’m honestly grateful that I did this 3 times within the workout and dropping weight to 15 kg twice. Thank you Caroline I’m so excited for more strength gains. After yesterday’s leg workout my drive was restored and I’m ready to tackle more

Done ✅! Triceps... That evil little muscle how hard to train! I was exhausted when it was triceps push up time! Am I the only one? You were right Caroline, I enjoyed the staple 💥... And the abs? 10 minutes of fire🔥! I did the add-on as warm up and 30 min costant cardio! Thanks as always Caroline, also for the beautiful red roses🌹! Good rest day to all!🤗

I hate triceps push-ups, they always force me to my knees and I'm exhausted after them as you are! But never mind I know that I will adore the whole workout! When my triceps were burning on the very FIRST staple I thought I am never going to make it ... but I did! Thanks for pushing us all on Caroline. This workout was a “variety pack“ of dumbbells for me - alternating from 15 to 10, from 25 to 20. A great challenge!

New favorite of mine🤩😍!!! That was just awesome!! That staple was top notch!! Oh the burn was so REAL. My chest was dancing🤣. I really dug deep and kept pushing to hang on with each diamond press set, with both weights, the full time period. Definitely had to go to my happy place but I am so proud of myself for it!! The ab portion was stellar!! My abs were BURNING!! Just pure 🔥!! The finisher was a challenge with those diamond pushups but I did it and was surprised I could still do diamond pushups at that point!😆! I am so proud of my performance today👊🏻. Definitely feeling the gains today!!😁 I really had a lot of fun with today's workout. Simple exercises that took me to complete muscle exhaustion. Feeling amazing for it! Thanks so much Caroline!! Really Liked this workout, Thank you! I had to skip the tricep pushups because my arms where so shot by then but I loved the arms/chest/shoulders AND Abs workouts like this so good. By the time my ams give out my core wants more! Also I loved the first couple music tracks really rocking it this time.

SO this was tough, but I'm not sure why I'm so surprised to be honest🤣 I attempted all of the chest press movements with my 9kg today - wasn't conveinced I could do it ,and my grip let me down but I tried. Great workout 💪 my arms were already sore from Monday and by the time we hit 54% and another staple my arms were shaking and almost gave way. 😬 the ab section was a much needed rest for my arms but don't be fooled it works the whole abdomen and you feel the burn.
