I'm learning a lot and enjoying this content! But I don't understand the rank progression of this series. In other unranked to gm series I've seen, the streamer can get gm within 3-5 hours total. I haven't watched every episode of this series, but your win rate from the episodes I have watched appears to be very high yet it's taking much longer on this account. Why is the progression slower on this series in particular compared to others?

@@catnado the system is broken in the way that it boosts players higher than they should be, not the other way round lol. He plays like a diamond as far as I can see, I don’t know what to say if you get stuck in that rank it is so easy to climb out everyone’s a bot

@@JokerWatchesYou Didn't he win every single game and still stay in Diamond? I've seen people do this and jump straight into Masters from low Diamond. Or is there something I'm missing here about the elo system? Or was the winrate in some earlier episodes not as high?

@@jamesburnett3594 he hasn’t won every game you can see his wins and losses on screen. The system is designed to not just be based on whether you win or lose, but also your skill level. You can go 5 - 5 and rank up even though you’ve got an even amount, you can also go 5 - 0 and stay the rank you are as your performance matches their data on players at the same skill level. It’s a complex system designed to allow players to reach their appropriate rank and then stay there if they aren’t improving
