I have a small circular one in my car that I got off of some ad I saw in a game I played. It is a bit too small for this purpose though :)

Think that top piece is for cutting pills in half? I use a small wooden mortar and pestle for separating the drills 😁

The top part on the blue one is indeed for cutting the pills in half. This would have come in handy with Tesslynn's medication before they changed it to one with a larger pil that had a score down the middle. Now we are able to just break it in half with our fingers. But before, they were so tiny, we had to use a pill cutter. But now we do have a great one for if they change it again :)

Doin she got her pill crushers from CVS and I guarantee that it works. You have to twist back and forth sometimes several twist. The one you got should work the same way. THANK you for the reviews that you do.
