Diana is absolutely an amazing vocalist and I’ve been a fan for several years. I’m convinced she can sing 🎶 any genre and lately she’s been switching up. However, her recent performance 🎭 of a RUSSIAN POET made me actually “cry” 😢❤. If you get the opportunity listen to her A CAPELLA version of a German song “was ich der sagin will”. She tells her audience she performed it for her studies at an ARTS UNIVERSITY she attends. You will clearly hear her vocal range. Good review and comments for Diana. She has the lowest female voice type ....Contralto. She also is blessed with overtones and undertones. From the root note, you will hear the note an octave higher, an octave and a half higher and sometime upto 4 different tones. There is a great video of a break down from a sound analyst that shows this on a graph. Just an amazing voice and thousands of hours of practice. Bless with large vocal cords and a large vocal trac that saturates the sound even more.

What I find so fascinating is she's done songs in English, French, Russian, and Arabic. Most of the songs from the (voice looking sets) she's 16 or under. The others she's only 18 or 19. Considering her voice should darken as she ages I can't imagine where it's going to go.

Diana took part in the Russian television competition 'Шоумаскгоон' (ShowMASKGoOn, Oct. 2021), her first competition for adults. The rules of the competition : 9 winners of the previous shows 'The Mask', 'Superstar' and 'You are Super' participated in this new format (9 episodes) and had to sing in 9 categories. The guest of honor (a different one in each episode), who sits with the candidates, also awards 9 bonus points to his favorite. Categories: Folk Hit, Song at the End of the 20th Century, Soviet Song, Pop Hit, Song of Your Choice, New Music, Song from Cartoon or Film, Rock Hit, Grammy. At the same time, the participants are also the jury and had to evaluate each other (2-9 points). You couldn't give yourself any points. The 9 participants had to prepare the songs assigned to them for themselves and for the stage. This also included pre-recordings of the background vocals. The participants mastered the show with flying colors. If it looked like tough competition at first they decided to be friendly and humorous ... it was great to see the show.

Hi Josh, definitely correct this was a Depeche Mode original (sadly Andy Fletcher one of the founding members died last year aged 60). As for the show Diana was performing on, it's called "ShowMaskGoOn" and this was Diana's 9th and final song - the cool thing about the show was that the 9 singers on the show, including Diana, were also the judges and critiqued and marked each other every week.
