Diana: The New Evidence - Over twenty years on, there are still questions about the terrible crash that killed Princess Diana, Dodi Al Fayed and the driver Henri Paul. This new film brings the story up to date with new evidence not seen before on T.V.
Diana: The New Evidence (2017)
Director: David Cohen
Stars: Princess Diana, Tracey Emery
Genre: Documentary
Country: United Kingdom
Language: English
Release Date: 2017 (United States)
Synopsis:
When Princess Diana died twenty years ago, the media, the British public and her admirers around the world wanted to know the answer to one question: was Diana’s death a tragic accident, or the result of a conspiracy involving the Royal Family, and the British Secret Intelligence Service? Twenty years on, we re-examine the evidence to look into the truth behind the outlandish theories.
This 20th Anniversary special goes deeper than ever before into the events surrounding the crash, featuring eye-witness accounts, CCTV footage, and interviews with those closest to Diana. In particular, we investigate the whereabouts of Henri Paul, driver and MI6 informant, on that fateful night. With missing evidence, censored documents and eye-witness testimony ignored, the possibility of a shocking conspiracy involving nerve gas, a remote detonator, and years of planning remains, to this day, terrifyingly plausible.
Also including exclusive interviews with Prince Harry and Prince William, we look back at Diana’s legacy, and the lasting impact her death on her sons’ mental health. Diana’s own campaigning on mental health represented a bold challenge to the Royal Family, whose own mental health secrets were closely guarded. Did these confrontantional, radical opinions cost Diana her life?

The circumstances surrounding Princess Diana's passing have led to various theories and suspicions. Such tragic events can evoke strong emotions and prompt doubts about the official narrative. Investigations and official reports may not always address every question, contributing to different beliefs about what truly occurred. It's a complex and sensitive matter that prompts ongoing discussion and speculation. By the way, we recommend other documentaries on our channel.

@RoyalsAnd Fame ... For certain; discounting literally dozens of obvious "suspicions", on every corner and in every corner wherever one looks around this story! ... But what shouts out loudest, above all else ... Is, quite simply, and is a totally indisputable FACT ... The 'accident' was VERY HANDY for the two, long-term royal lovebirds! ... It is AGAINST THE LAW OF THE LAND for the divorced heir to the Throne to remarry, while his former spouse is still living! ... Sorry but the mother to the future king doesn’t die like this unless it’s on purpose. There was a concerted effort to finish her off as well, 70 mins to get her to the hospital what an absolute joke, she even knew her fate and told her solicitor. How convenient that the police never passed such crucial evidence on, if you think they’re all coincidental you need your head testing. We’ve all come to learn in recent times just how much we’re lied to, get real pls.

Why do you think the mother of the future king could NOT die in a trivial car accident? Do you think such a person is invincible? Once again, the medical staff followed French emergency protocols and tried to stabilise her on the spot when she went into cardiac arrest. Otherwise she would not have reached the hospital alive. Take the effort to research and you will find that most of your questions were answered many years ago. She never talked to her solicitor about her suspicions. She wrote a letter to her butler expressing her concern that Charles was planning an accident so that he could marry the nanny. In her opinion, Camilla was just a decoy. ( By the way, Charles was questioned by the police during the British investigation and this letter was an issue) She was very suspicious at the time because Martin Bashir had fed her lies about the royal family and presented her with forged documents. Because he wanted a juicy interview. Which he got. Diana didn't live to see that it was all a big conspiracy, because it was only uncovered a few years ago. In consideration of these developments, Diana's letter should be seen in a completely different light. There is no reasonable explanation as to how and why an attack could have been carried out.

@@lynnewolstenhome4624 You do know they had NO PROBLEM with her marrying a Muslim, unfortunately that Muslim DIDN'T WANT to marry her (allegedly his mother advised against it according to his sister, allegedly she didn't feel Diana would have made a successful Islamic wife for a top rated surgeon as she was more interested in having all the public attention on her and not her husband, plus she expected her boyfriend at the time to constantly accompany her to parties and other social occasions, ignoring the fact that as a surgeon he often had to work unsocial hours and that the PATIENTS came first, not her). Dodi was nothing more than a rebound affair which she hoped was going to make the man who had just dumped her think again and ask her to marry him. So why continue with your very obvious religious bigotry (you do know Islam is a religion don't you, it ISN'T a race) when the facts are well known and have been for a long time - thanks to her friends.

The damage to the car was extensive and yet the damage to the pillar was not so bad? If the car was going at 65mph then that’s way too much damage for the speed. Anderson in the tunnel apparently filmed and drove his car? Petels information going missing? The fact that her car 2 weeks before the crash was taken in to be repaired? Was it a back up plan? The tunnel not being closed? The quick clean up? Henri Paul inebriated? Reece Jones would not let him drive if there was any doubt. There is just WAY TOO MUCH unexplained things happening to be just a coincidence.

Time- 5:11.. The rear seatbelt has been cut, this suggests that rear occupants were wearing seatbelts. The rear doors have not been misshaped in the accident and the rear cabin looks relatively square. After spending over 3 decades in the automotive industry I’ve seen my fair share of accident damaged vehicles resulting in fatalities and I would not have guessed the rear occupants would both be dead in this accident. Front occupants yes, rear highly doubt it!

@@Official_Royalworld I wrote that comment prior to watching all of the documentary.. It gets even worse unfortunately…. It mentioned that the Princess was behind the passenger, the side we can see in the picture. It also stated that she was not wearing a seatbelt… But, as we can clearly see the seatbelt is extended, that means it was extended when the pre-tensioner detonated (Point of impact) And furthermore it’s clearly been cut and dangling outside of the car in the picture.. Basically in the event of an accident the seatbelt pre-tensioner will pop and retract the seatbelt to keep occupant restrained. If the belt was not being worn it would have retracted tight against the seat, not hanging outside the car cut. This is virtually impossible to replicate unless emergency crews removed the pre-tensioner from the car, but that hasn’t happened as the rear seats are still in place. Besides why go through the effort of removing a pre-tensioner when you can simply cut the belt in seconds… That car paints a thousand words, sadly not the words we have been told!

I was 18 years old when Diana died. I never believed in a car accident. To this day I believe that the driver was never so drunk that he lost control of the Mercedes. Dodi was a hothead who drove his drivers to drive fast, yes But I still believe to this day that the driver was blinded at the tunnel entrance. And that the bodyguard is only alive because he can't remember anything. Diana wasn't trapped in the Mercedes. Without any problems, she could have been quickly but carefully taken out of the car and driven to the hospital. Strangely, all speed cameras on the entire route are switched off this evening. The princess never smoked and drank little to no alcohol, so a person can smell the alcohol on their breath as soon as someone stands in front of them. Look at the camera footage in the small hallway in the Ritz. All four of them are standing close together and no one can smell the driver is so drunk??? Then all 4 get into the car and even in such a small space no one can smell the smell of alcohol in the Mercedes with the windows closed......? The accident car accidentally burns down in a warehouse months later! The tunnels will be cleaned immediately and reopened. The princess is injected with adrenaline in the ambulance, although it is assumed that she has internal bleeding🤦. Diana and Dodi's cell phones were tapped and so they knew about the plan to leave the Ritz...Dodi's behavior helped his murderers plan the accident. He goes to the jeweler and buys a ring there. Diana was driven by revenge, she knew that the Royal Family hated the Al Fayeds. Camilla would never have had a chance with the British if Diana were still alive today. She predicted it herself in a letter to her butler. In a 1995 Panorama interview she said that Charles was not suitable to be king. I knew then that she wouldn't live long. Then the summer with Dodi, the provocative photos. I already suspected that it wouldn't end well. But the fact that she was murdered in front of everyone was a shock. The truth will come out, even if it takes another 20 years. Someone will come out of the darkness sometime speak .Rest in peace Queen of Hearts.

The medical staff followed french emergency procedures. In France, ambulances are much better equipped than in other countries and there is always at least one doctor on board. Therefore it’s standard in France to stabilize a critical person on the spot rather than rushing to the hospital. A journey the patient might not survive. There is a sworn deposition of the ambulance driver explaining things in detail. This has all been discussed at length in public, therefore I’m surprised that this topic comes up over and over again. Diana hit the seat in front of her with 300kg of force, without seatbelt it caused her pulmonary artery to broke, it could not be fixed in the ambulance, but there's no reason for the ambulance to take a long time to be in the OR, a Brazilian cardiologist was called that night, and he said the view in the OR was a living hell, Diana had a toracotomy which is open your chest from one side to the other, he arrived and Diana was in her last second of life. They should try serum and blood transfusions, the "physicians" did not chose it, women have less blood than man in volume, she probably died of hipovolemic shock, and a good cardio thoracic surgeon would think about it, she had no fluids running on her body, for me that's cruelty as no pain killers either. The royal family are nasty pompous evil people who bully their staff and look down on everyone everywhere as inferior and worthless... The only member of that awful family who ever showed any kindness & decency to anyone was the queen, and I'm pretty sure that was an act. They don't care about peoples feelings this was a huge mess that magically went away because of a car crash..... hmm... perhaps it was an extremely lucky coincidence that resolved all the problems that relationship was creating for a whole list of different people & countries, in a tunnel that had conveniently been closed so that they were the only car in the tunnel..... except of course for the motorbike that followed them into the tunnel and sped off past them while the crash was happening. Your brain automatically fills in the blanks, Its not rocket science.

The last photo which was made moments before the accident is not taken by an overhead light which they claim was from the speed detector camera...the "direct frontal beam" which can be seen in Henri Pauls LEFT eye pupil shows a very strong direct frontal beam on the same level as the position of the car. Now look at the bodyguard - his right hand is in a strange position which is a defensive position such as he wants to protect himself from what he is seeing in front of him..the pupils of him show that the beam in not directly in his eyes as it is slightly off center in his left eye pupil...IF what they say is correct that a member of the special forces beemed a light then it is what can be seen in that last photo...And my final observation is the expression of the driver and the bodyguard - Paul looks like he has been surprised / shocked by something in front of him, like a sudden sitaution which he did not expect...and the bodyguard shows his defensive reaction as he tries to bring his right hand up as protection... (i have many years experience of using professional camera strobes and all evidence usually can be see in the pupils of where the lighting is being placed)

i also sense that was the real reason for the crash, they were blinded by that car in front of them. also you can see Diana with her head turned to the back like trying to cover up or hide from the photo, there is no other reason her head would be turned like that if it was something else. Also there were 2 photos taken of them and in both they try to hide themselves so it has something to do with the paparazzi who took the photo.

@@Official_Royalworld It’s not true that the results of the investigations were inconclusive or that there were different conclusions. Both, the french and the british inquests came to the same conclusion: Death by accident. Where is Trevor Rhys Jones now? He lives in Shropshire and works as the head of security for AstraZeneca. He wrote a book detailing his memory of the event in 2000, titled The Bodyguard:s Story: Diana, the Crash, and the Sole Survivor. It didn't take clairvoyant powers to predict that Charles and Camill would one day marry. And of course they would have done so if Diana had lived. The repeated claim that Charles could not have remarried as long as Diana was alive is nothing but sheer nonsense with no substance whatsoever. By the way, Diana was not referring to Camilla in her letter. She thought she was just a decoy. She believed Charles would want to marry the nanny. With whom he never had a relationship

The man was standing outside when he heard this and then a man came out and lit up a cigarette and stood calmly smoking. No rush to the Hospital and all the stops on the way was so she would be near death as possible. Her tear in her artery is so common the French ambulances had a protocol whereby victims would be in Hospital within 10 minutes and Surgeons would have it repaired pronto. So now you know WHY they had to delay her arrival. RIP It also helps if your Dad is managing the secret services MI6 and MI5 as Philip was.

I remember my brother breaking the news to me at about 7am on that Sunday morn. She was bumped off. It was done on foreign soil at night in an enclosure (tunnel), out of public view. At the time, all of the CCTV in and around the tunnel was shut down. Within an hour or so of the crash happening, the wreckage of the car was removed and the tunnel was re-opened. The only surviving witness to what actually happened that night (the bodyguard) has a sudden case of amnesia that has lasted over 20 years, and has effectively disappeared. No appearances or interviews. He's effectively been paid off.

Diana was awake and conscious after the crash. She had a broken shoulder and damaged upper lung - she had survived. They must have been horrified after so much coordination and planning. They did not give up - in the ambulance they gave her a sedative for the pain and used the defibrillator on her. No one could have predicted when or even if they would leave the Ritz and which car and route would be chosen for the drive to the apartment. These decisions were in the hands of the Al Fayed security. Bear in mind that the route through the Alma Tunnel was neither the shortest nor the most obvious. So how could and should an attack have been carried out under these circumstances? Diana died from severe blood loss caused by a ruptured vein. She went into cardiac arrest several times during the journey to hospital. But with this type of injury, her chances of survival were virtually nil. If there really had been a targeted attack behind her death, for example by MI5, there would have been no survivors or witnesses. These people are not amateurish, they know their job. Apart from that, Diana really wasn't so important that anyone could have been interested in taking her out of the way. She may have been a nuisance for some, but that was it. Her fans often grossly overestimate her. At that time, I followed her journey from their engagement to their death. Perhaps things look different if you have watched them from a distance without access to the British press, or if you got interested in her at a later date. But as I already mentioned earlier, the untimely death of a celebrity is always surrounded by conspiracy myths. No amount of convincing and proven facts will make people who fall for them realize that they are wrong

Thank you for this in-depth investigation, revealing mysteries and doubts and interventions of several official authorities both in France and in Britain: The ability to drive of Paul Henri due to alcohol consumption is a great question mark, but not mentionned at all in the investigation is the roadworthiness of the car. It is known to me (and the public, I presume) that this S Class Mercedes had been involved in a very severe accident in the past, being written off by the insurance company, illegally rebuiilt and finally sold to the Ritz Hotel.

I told John i wanted to go back to the hotel but he told me there was a restaurant he wanted to take me to. Ten minutes later someone flashed our car from behind and John pulled over to the left only to hit an oncoming car. I fractured my right arm and had a fractured sternum (chest). I was driving in France with my ex gf some years ago and was driving at night, coming home from the airport in Nice and going back on some roads in the middle of nowhere. I was driving around 90-100km and there was a car behind us moving really fast and just in our tails for a long time but he was constantly very close and just kinda harassing me, i was already speeding and the common sens was to slow down and let him pass but i thought that by increasing speed i ll lose him but he kept increasing speed also and not going around me. There was like a curbe to the right and in front a big wall of stone and i suddenly break because i saw the collision and just break so hard and pull over to the right on the road. That maniac passed us and i was sooooo angry we almost hit that wall and it would ve been death. I was angry at myself and that idiot driver that pushed us. But i did had a feeling of impending doom if i don t slow down, like some negative vibes. I can only imagine what people in the car felt that night

1 thing that can’t be ignored is the attitude of the whole British establishment, all the higher ups that would have known of a plan are carrying themselves in such a smug way that you can tell by looking at their face and way of holding their body that they’re satisfied and even proud that their plan worked and they are getting away with it. Three months before the accident, a drawing task was put on my desk, for a 50 seat table in the Orangery Kensington Place, a permanent fixture with new kitchens, planned by Diana, I was excited at the thought of a visit to help plan kitchens. After a month, when I started to ask questions, I was told to shut it, it was dropped, this has never happened with projects. Diana had planned to basically set up court in Kensington Palace meeting dignitaries from all over the world , upstage the royal family. This would not be well taken by the establishment who run the royals lives. I gave a copy of the layout in the Orangery to Mr Fayed's council at the Old Bailey with a note of comfort. It may well be all fibs and one day someone will sing.
