Thank you so much for your lectures. 6.5 yrs ago when I began my healing journey, God brought me to one of your lectures on CPTSD..and I had just began therapy and was diagnosed... I understood the patterns of abuses in my life from your lectures and my eyes were opened and I understood for the first time why abuse seemed to follow me from my early childhood through an abusive 29 yr marriage... I would love to email you privately and share more. Thank you. You were my godsend.

So same. She taught me what abuse looked like. The familiarity blinded me to it.

Jesus asked, " My lord, my lord, why did you forsake me?" Sign of weakness? Lack of trust? Often Congregants are required to keep mum in time of trouble even to the point of breaking down. That's not what God's words say. It's not a sin to cry out or to ask questions. They don't want to deal with people of problems and see them as problematic. The hurtful are seen as not spiritual, negatuve, not saved, forgotten by God. A hindrance to their plan of winning more souls. Believers are expected to be able to do all things thru Christ, victorious all the time, smiling and full of life. People are hurting. They are people with problems, not problematic. Preachers cannot differentiate between the two. Their ego push all the blame to the sufferers.
