Diane, I have to tell you how much of an influence you have been for me this year. I lost my husband on February 7th of this year. It has been a very rough long year. Your videos have helped me more than you can ever imagine. Your tutorials, you're rambling on, hearing about Townsend and just off-topic conversations and ranting! I have been through it all with you, and I loved it. I have laughed with you, cried over you, and fell asleep on you in the course over a nighttime (trying to sleep) session. Nights are especially hard for me, and you are always there. You are a very intelligent person who is not afraid to step up when you know you're right! And I love you for that. You are your truly authentic self! Don't let them negative Nellie's get you down. You will never please all of the people all of the time, and if you attempt it, you will drive yourself batty! Just keep your beautiful ways, and you will be fine. I am looking forward to following you through next year. Please Diane you, Townsend and hubby have a very productive prosperous New Year! I know how hard it is to do videos on YT check out Cajun Sunshine Crafts YT channel from a few years ago. I use to do videos as well. No listen, Thank You for doing everything that you do for the ones that really care. Crescent bumble bees and on and on Thank you and God bless. You have really helped me not to cause sucide this year! Love you! ❤❤❤

Hi Pat and thanks so much for your message. I always wake up around 3 am for a bathroom visit and inevitably I check my messages and found you had just posted yours. I’m so sorry to hear about your awful loss this year. To know that I have been of some comfort to you in the long nights that you have struggled through means also, believe me, a huge amount to me. Since I started the channel I know from what many people have said how much the work Tamsin and I do has helped in dark moments. I truly believe that I was given this task by powers unseen. I think you have probably gathered from the things I say in the videos that there seems to be a purpose. When I hear from folk like you, I am supported and encouraged in something which is at times are very hard for me to do. I think I’ve said it all in the course of my videos. Given the support of my daughter, the presence of my husband and the grace of God we will continue as long as we possibly can. I send you my prayers and love and a hug, and look forward to next year when I hope you feel a little better and recover some of your life‘s joy. I won’t let any negative Nellys get me down all the time there are people out there like you needing me. Please keep in touch. If you ever want to share anything with me privately, please know that you can email me on my address studio@Dianeantone.com. Again, love and take care and look after yourself. Many people love and need you. Diane xxx

Diane, I so enjoyed watching you create this landscape - your conjuring of the craggy mountains had me mesmerized! Special thanks for continuing to post over the holidays - the many appreciative comments bear testimony to how many people turn to your channel for comfort and companionship, as well as watercolour teaching. Your channel is truly unique in this! I wish you and your family a healthy and fulfilling 2025.

This is so cool. Thank you for giving us your time and talent very generously. It really irks me (i suppose that is the object) when small and powerless people come onto content creators sites and complain about anything. The gall!!

Thank you Carolyn, so glad you enjoyed it! It was a real fun one to do! I thought it was particularly appropriate for boxing day because traditionally in England people go out to play in the snow. That’s what it says in all the books anyway! I’m sure I’ll see you before New Year, but wishing you a happy new one anyway!

No way could I run a youtube channel. Some of the comments would send my blood pressure through the roof. Wonderful ❤.

Diane, just as you mentioned about not being able to believe everything on the Internet and do you due diligence in researching...the same is true for your viewers. I love how you explain things. You are not to slow. If they are not satisfied with your presentation, they can either speed up or ...! Some people are beginners and others may be experienced in the medium if watercolor and looking to enhance their skill or new techniques. We all can learn from each other. Continue to share your skills. Bless you with good health, happy memory making and continuing success with your channel in 2025!! Donna from Delaware in the USA.

Diane, I enjoy yo so much!! I think you should do YOU! Stay true to yourself, you are a kind, considerate and thoughtful always being honest and considering of everyone. Just don’t let anyone get you down. I appreciate your content and your hard work. I am learning things from you, even though I don’t draw well I am improving. I am trying to learn to draw, you make it look so easy. But it isn’t. I like the explanation on this landscape. I like more detail on shadows how to determine where they come from. Again, thank you and daughter for your time and your channel. I recommend you to everyone who has interest in art. ❤

Thank you Diane, as you probably know, I found your channel early in my watercolour journey and return to it again and again. Your voice and your pace are very relaxing to me. Not to mention your deadpan asides which often give me a little smile. You are doing a wonderful job just being yourself, and the odd (very odd ) person who feels it necessary to find fault with that can, as we say in Australia, just “b**ger off” and head to a zippier channel that edits out much of the process. Anyway, back to our regular programming 😂. Your clear, simple, enjoyable tutorials have added immensely to my confidence and I am now even selling bookmarks of little multicoloured birds inspired by you, in a local bookshop.

I watch lots of you tubes by different people on different subjects. Everyone has their own style and works at their own speed. If they’re too slow I speed them up, if they’re so slow that it annoys me then I stop following them! I think your pace is just right. It’s not as if painting is a quick hobby!
