We discovered one year (after we renovated the kitchen) that we needed an æbleskive pan that would work on an induction stove...hubby had already made the batter and cycled off down to the shops to find one! LOL!

Hahaha, a nice movie is rolling up before my eyes...I'll remember that in Easter time, when I'm in Denmark, maybe I'll find a flat one😄..I've not an induction stove, but as far as I know, pans on ceramic fields are supposed to lie flat on the whole field.

However we craft / stamp Christmas cards whilst sipping Prosecco followed by afternoon tea with German and English treats.
