Thank you for keeping these videos up. I am a current grad student studying clinical mental health counseling and my course on couples and family counseling uses your mastering competencies textbook. As an online student, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate these lectures and listening to you explain the concepts while I read along. It has made truly comprehending the material astronomically easier. I cannot overstate enough how beneficial they have been. Thank you again!!!

I appreciate the great lecture. Only thing is, not sure if it's because of my laptop, but the volume seems to be very low.

Yeah, it was too quiet to hear on mobile. I had to watch on my computer and turn the volume way up. Nearly went deaf when an ad came on.

Try using headphones or earphones, the volume is alright then, but very low otherwise.

Well done Dr. Gehart! I appreciate how you've broken down the concepts and provided explanations and examples in a very clear way. It's helped me understand more than I got from reading a textbook chapter and listening to two other KZbin lectures. Thank you!

I wish the sound can be turned up a couple of notches from the developer/creator's end.

Great video. No issues with volume as some suggest an issue. Sounds loud and clear.

Thanks for letting me know about the volume. I'm not sure why some folks have issues and others don't. I any case, I am re-recording them all with newer technology. That should help!

Thanks for doing a video on this. I have 1 NCE/CPCE study flash card with most of these terms on it and you helped me understand the concepts much better than reading it on the card with minimal information.

Where can I get these flash-cards from?

I had no trouble with the sound. It may be because I was using a Bluetooth headset.

Sadly, the volume is extremely low. I can hear if I max the volume, however, it blows my ears off when there's a commercial. Can't watch. Sorry.

the audio is horrible and the visual is blurry... other than that its genius premium quality.
