To help better understanding and translate: The dipping sauce is unique to the minority ethic group "tai" / "dai" in southern china. It is a specialty of Yunnan and has sour taste. She dried the radish leaves, put in the urn and soak with the glutinous rice for two weeks. After that, slow cook the sauce until it thicken, add the coriander, chilli, garlic, salt and crushed peanut. Here it comes the special dipping sauce of Yunnan！😊 Another great piece of work!
