Crazy how they can make anything "original" (outside the Mobile Granblue) looks like it was there from the beginning, first Id from Relink (and the others non-playable too) and now Versusia, their character creation team is just fucking amazing. Now put Maglielle or Galanza on Rising for gods sake, we literally have their soundtrack in this battlepass already.

I don't play potatos, but I'd make an exception for that particular potato. No idea how they'd justify them being in the game but... *cough* 2B *cough* It would be really cool to have them, or Id (probably Id if they port one of the Relink OCs).

I deff want Id the most myself. I think the fact that he's already playable as well makes it easier to picture how to create his moveset in this game considering he also has a reginleiv which is usually instantly a 236 input

Something to note as well. Versusia can still use any of her dash attacks immediately. You don't need to wait for her to start running. I'm unsure of why you would necessarily want to do that. 5L is a little faster than 66L. But since it moves her forward slightly it's basically like an approaching normal almost I feel

After having just tested some stuff, I will say this really works well for 66H. It just barely reaches round start distance with how far it pushes Versusia lol

@@glad16252yes I came to this conclusion as well when discussing this. I feel like instead of thinking of her 66 moves as dash moves they are better seen as command normals.

I found out that on crouching you can link a 66L after a buffed 5U. You can do something like this [Starter -> (Buffed) 5U -> 66L -> 5MMM -> ...] However, if you start the combo with a max range normal (5M, 2M or 5H) you have to do 5LLL instead otherwise you'll get a f5M.

I use to meme about Diaphone never doing a Yuel video in the early days of this game. But now I'm glad because I wouldn't wish having to play Yuel in this patch on my worst enemy. Anyway Versusia has a cool theme :)

I don't ever look up optimal combos and prefer to just figure them out myself, and the sheer number of combo routes Versusia has really made that process fun for me.

Interesting to watch this video after the one where you win a tournament with her. It's very clear to see how much you improved at the time when you wer playing in the tournamnet but for beginner this video is even more interesting because I still see very high level of gameplay and at the same time you do stuff which is easier for me to replicate. Thanks for the great video! Hope to see more Granblue content from you!

1:37:55 ok question to Diaphone or chat this combo does it require specific distance at start when jump with unqiue action or requirements because when i tried to do this combo it kept amounting to missed 5Ls after doing unqiue action in Jumping H. any help would appreciate or if diaphone went over it in his labbing vid i appreciate a time stamp for it.

A more apt comparison to Versusia is Justice from Guilty Gear. Very tall antagonist boss ladies that don't have much movement outside of attacks that happen to reposition them, but have the tools they need to hold ground exceptionally well.
