My 1st daughter was a c section, My 2nd was a natural v-bac she was my biggest baby 9 pounds 5 0z and she caused me a hernia and a serious ab separation. It didn’t help I got pregnant a year after that & had another big 8 pds 3 0zs baby natural. My body has been through it. I needed this thank you so much..

✨ I'm happy to swap another tummy routine I've been doing for a month (I don't like them much) for this one. I can't do a couple of these due to lumbar issues. This is what I’ve been looking for i had my daughter 3 years ago and i noticed I had the “mommy pooch” even after I started doing light workouts (crutches, sit ups,etc..) nothing was working i felt my core muscles get tighter but the fupa was still there. Come to find out i had distasis recti and had no clue but it made sense why nothing was working. Thank you for this I’ll be trying this when I get home!

I feel like this is a dumb question but how do we know if we are squeezing correctly??

Hi Christina. There are no dumb questions. Think about squeezing but not in a way where you’re pushing the belly out to squeeze. It’s more like a “cinch it in, suck it in slightly” type of squeeze. But don’t squeeze so hard or suck it in in a way where you can’t breathe. The last exercise in the video (the stomach vacuums) gives a good explanation too.
