I’ve been doing 1 hour of your videos every morning. I have lost 16 pounds and have so much less arthritis pain. You have been good for my physical health but it all helps my mental health especially during these times. Thank you from Illinois.

Hi Schellea We haven't been in lockdown for a few months already. Have decided not to return to Pilates 3 times a week and just doing your amazing excersises 5 times a week am more toned and fit. Saving 400 dollars a month! Thank u

My health club is having "outdoor exercises" at a nominal fee. But I still don't feel safe venturing out. These are great alternatives. TY "S" lady.

I’d been a bit depressed, stuck in the house, but I recently took your 14-Day Challenge and the world looks much brighter! Getting more active has changed my outlook completely, and Bonnie the dog is also getting more walks! It’s systemic :)

Oh dear! I’ve become an addict! I have severe arthritis in my lower back and have morphine patches but was determined to hit 65 fitter and lighter so I dropped 16 lbs in time for my birthday then I found you ! So in 3 weeks of doing 30 mins 3 x day I’ve dropped another 5 lbs and can see a huge difference ! Starting off with short low impact workouts , I’m now keeping up with you in all of them , no stiffness no pain , just a natural high! Thank you ! Im loving this and have found my mojo again . Xxxx

Great, Great, Great! My legs have always been massive: around the ankles, big calves, not so big thighs. Weak all my life. Hated running at school, but I already see them improving. Went to a physio for my plantar fascia some time ago and the therapist was a bit surprised how strongs calves I have - however, still need working, want to work on my legs. Found Fabulous 50s and am going to stay here for a longer time! Thank you, Schellea, you are amazing.

Been working at home for 4 months and am notoriously bad with doing regular exercise. So thankful I came across Fabulous50s on KZbin! I'm doing one of the workouts at least 3 - 4 times a week now and they make me feel wonderful afterwards :-)

Hi from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. I just got my 77 year old mother to do your workouts. I have been working out with out a lot - Im 55 years old and these workouts are perfect. My mom reported to me that she is now sleeping throughout the night without getting up multiple times. Thank you. I'm going up to our family cabin (with her today) and we WILL be working out every day, twice day. NO excuses. Thank you so much.

Schellea, I'm so happy to have found this website! I'm in my second week now and love it! I'm 61 years old next April and with COVID stopped doing my Orange Theory classes. OTF has gotten a little too difficult for this 60+ old body but these videos are perfect. Each week I plan to add another new video to my routine. I discovered your workouts by accident one day about 6 months ago, Schellea. What a lucky day that was! I’ve been doing one or more of your workouts nearly every day since. I’ve owned a Fitbit step tracker for 6 years. I lost weight and became fitter, but when the weather is bad here in UK, it’s difficult to walk outside, but also I was aware that walking doesn’t use every muscle. I tried a few KZbin exercise workouts but either they’re not aimed at older women or they got a bit boring after a while. Yours tick every box! Great exercises and great music! I don’t tire of them at all. So that’s Day 1 of your new 14 Day Challenge done!! Thank you!

Hi Schellea, I found you by accident, Best day ever!! I am 62 yrs. young. I retired from doing hair for 20 yr from nerve damage in my arms.( couldn't do weights) I healed my arms. Now dealing with saggy skin "(. I find your workouts challenging yet I'm able to keep up. I taught aerobics for years, and as a teacher I find you motivating , caring and an all around beautiful women. Thank you Thank you!!!

Hi I’ve recently gone for a check up at the doctors and she said how good my blood pressure was and to keep doing what I’m doing because it’s working. I’m sure it’s my 20 minute work out with you every morning that’s done it so thankyou

I'm 57 and I love your workout! Only thing I cannot do yet is the floor exercises due to health issues, and am also overweight due to hypothyroidism. I'm the "I've fallen and I can't get up" person. I've been sedentary for a long time and now have venous reflux, so I have to get moving so I don't get blood clots. I've been looking for things I can do and came across this video and like it so much I subscribed.

Keep up the great work! You can go through all of my videos and select the low impact standing workouts, and they will all be perfect for you. Take one day at a time, and it’s best you can. You’ve got this. 💃❤️

I’m 56 but have been working out regularly for decades. I am older so I do your workouts. I did this one coupled with another one of your legs. I used ankle weights and free weights for extra oomph. I have recommended you to a lot of my friends and they love it.

Hi Fabulous50s. I have just done this workout. So good. I am 76 years old and have a reasonable petite figure. I want to have the best fitness, strength, flexibility and balance that I can manage. Not to mention the best looks. I hope that I can keep going with the motivation.

I'd like to add that staring at a fixed point in front of you can also help with balance. learned this from yoga. I love this video by the way, has really helped my hips not hurt and be more flexible.

Love this short but thorough workout! Especially like the stretches at the end; you don’t often to side stretches but they are important too!

I look forward to working out with you everyday. Somehow, when I tell myself it'll only take 5 or 10 minutes that is the motivation I need to get going and once I get started then I have the momentum to keep going. Thank you for the weekly maintenance emails they inspire me to keep going!
