These are the workouts I did postpartum to get rid of my mummy tummy and to heal my core. It was extremely soft in the middle and I could barely feel any connection to it after having our baby. These workouts helped the sides of my core to come together and I feel stronger than ever! Hoping this video encourages you on your #PostpartumFitness and #DiastasisRecti journey.

Going to do all of them. Aren’t these moves too gentle to reduce baby fat ? I am 8 months post partum. I still haven’t lost my flabby belly that looks so bad. I am not breastfeeding a anymore (sadly). Any workout videos that burn fat and can be done at home ? I am 5’, 140 lbs.

Hey, I have severe muscle separation.. 4 years since i had my youngest of 6. Haven't done any exercise And I'm here in lockdown trying to slim up. I'm gonna start with these.. Thanks :)

I'm 4 months post partum (coming up to 5 next week) I can't believe how different my body is!! Was not reviewing the belly to stay for so long. I was very thin before and my 9lb baby stretched me out good and proper

Seeing your before and after is so encouraging to me. I started this morning. I chose 6 of the moves, wrote a list and set a timer for a min each (2 mins for the side bends) New post-coffee morning routine. I need to stick with this! (My youngest is 3 and I've birthed 10 babies)

My mom also has had 10 kids, and she’s in better shape than me! I’ve only had one child, but I’m only 3 months postpartum. I still look 6 months pregnant though. You’re a strong woman, I can’t imagine. 🖤

Thank you for sharing this video. I’m two months postpartum. I was 145lb pre-pregnancy, 230lb during 9 months of pregnancy and 190lb now. I was kind of sad no one seemed to have gained more then 20lbs after giving birth so their advice seemed irrelevant to me. I really appreciate your honesty and even posting the hard pictures to show how far you’ve come. It’s so helpful and inspirational to me ♥️

I didn’t gain weight during my pregnancy... I am a chubby short woman anyways.. But I gained TONS of weight after my pregnancy like crazy! Pre-pregnancy I was 137 and now I’m 185 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 we can do it! There’s still hope for us♥️

I've been trying for a year and I'm back to my pre baby weight but I still look pregnant. I'm leaning toward a tummy tuck I just never thought I'd still look pregnant 3 years after giving birth 😅

I’m 2 years postpartum and 1 year and a few months post breastfeeding (not sure if that’s a word lol) but I’ve always been in shape and fit but my belly was overly stretched during pregnancy (petite woman very large baby 😂❤️) so it’s hard for me to get my belly back plus someone I spoke to said not to do crunches and etc because it would make my diasis recti worse so that made me not even want to workout because I was a belly on flat flat girl and I knew was crunches 😩. So now I feel like me again ready to get it back going and this video helped with that a bit so thanks sis. FineMommySummer💕

Will definitely be starting today! 3 months postpartum and I didn’t even know where to start until now. There are so many videos about waist training and such which is great and all but there’s not enough videos on how to heal and strengthen the mommy tummies. Thanks for sharing your story and demonstrating how it should be done.

6 weeks pp starting these today along w/ walking on tredmil!!.. I was 166 couple days before giving birth , I’m currently 139.. I want to get back to 120-125.. I may update on here!!😊😊

So, I am 11 years postpartum....lol. I’ve had four kids and three were c-sections and I’ve never heard of DR. So you can imagine what my tummy looks like. 😭🤣 I’m anxious to try these exercises. I’ve been doing a variety of set ups and six up for about 6 weeks but have noticed a bloating or more bulging feeling instead of a tightening. I didn’t understand why until I watched another of your videos. So thank you! I’m going to start the exercises you’ve recommended. ♥️

God bless you for this video. I am a first time mom also 4 months postpartum. After having my beautiful son I felt depressed for a while bc I still looked pregnant after birth and it was embarrassing for people to keep asking me was I pregnant bc I am slim and my belly sticks out. Your before & after definitely encouraged me so much; I’ll be definitely doing these exercises. It’s also sad that a lot of women don’t even know what DR is. I had to look it up myself and my doctor never told me that I had it until I brought it up to her which sucked.😒

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and have developed joint damage in my elbow and foot. So I gained so much weight post partum 😭 I’m mainly eating better and doing as much as I can handle.

I have been told thru out my life that I have “slight” scoliosis. Just curious, do you have a naturally heavy arch to your back? Mine has always been quite pronounced and I am quite curvy as well (large chest and bottom with smaller back/waist), so keeping my back flat is an extreme challenge to me as well.

Oh my back curves from side to side at the bottom (like hip to hip) and it causes one leg to be a bit shorter.

I think I’ll do these workouts. I haven’t exercised in 5 months after having my 4th baby. My stomach looks big like a pregnant belly. 😂 it also doesn’t help that my husband and I go out to eat often 😅

First of all: you look GREAT! It really helps to see the post partum picture and how far in your journey you have gone. I am now six weeks postpartum, with quite a soft tummy and some ugly love handles/muffin tops on my back but I'm still a size 10 (ish) so hopefully with exercises like yours I can recover my core no problem! Any tips for defining also obliques? thanks.

What was your schedule for working out? Like did you alternate core strength training everyday with cardio? How long do you suggest working out each day? My baby (my 2nd) is 7 months and I NEED to stop looking pregnant with my super saggy tummy 😅 I’d easily pay for a workout/diet plan 😆

Hi Adeniyan! 💗 Thanks for watching and your question. It doesn't have to be specific to morning or evening - as mamas sometimes we can't do the same thing at the same time every day and that's just life! 😊 But, I would definitely say when your stomach is empty or at least settled. On my best days I do a few minutes in the morning and a few minutes before sleep. Also I subscribed when I heard you talk about intermittent fasting and you said something along the lines of do you know how hard it is to fast for The Lord and I’m supposed to fast for my tummy!! Yes it can still work. Maybe you still have a Mommy tummy because of diastis recti, you can look it up most women suffer from it after child birth

First off I just want to say that you really are giving me hope I am 3 years post partum I have tried so many different workouts and I even went to physical therapy I am definitely going to try your workout. When you first started did you use a belly band during your workout and also are you holding in your abdomen when working out?

Yesterday marked my 6 weeks postpartum . Saw my doc today and he said I’m good to go as far as exercising. But for me to take it slow. How often should we do this? Everyday? Lmk thanks! Your body looks 😍😍😍😍😍

I like it. Thanks Jade. All I need is perseverance, I always start and the give up after not seeing any changes I get discouraged. I hope this time I will persevere. My other problem is, I had an umbilical hernia repair 2 years ago which means I have a mesh inside my body to cover the hernia. Do you think with all this my Tommy muscles will get together?

Hi Stella! You are doing amazing mama. Hang in there. Perseverance is a blessing to our bodies - but even more so our minds. Motherhood has its ups and downs but perseverance helps build that mental strength for sure. As far as umbilical hernia, I do not have experience in this area and thus I'm not in a place to provide insight. I suggest having a tele visit or informational call with a local PT who specializes in this area.
