My mom has been working so hard for a couple of years to get rid of the mommy tummy and it still won't go away. She looks AMAZING for a 55 year old and compared to her peers! She is thin and petite in size, and looks slim everywhere on her body except her tummy. I think I will share this with her. Who knows, maybe she will succeed in losing that 31 year old baby caused lose tummy. 🥰

I gave birth to my second child 3 years ago and had back to back pregnancies. I never had time to heal from the first pregnancy. I have lost over 70lbs in two years BUT the lower mid drift just doesnt seem to go away. This video is so on point and i cant wait to hit the gym after work today to try this. oh my god i didnt know this... i had a myomectomy with a 17 inch tumor resulting into hysterectomy (removal of uterus) at age 25 and after that, i had very big tummy like i had a postpartum delivery.. everybody asks me mistakenly if i just deliver a baby or am i pregnant.. but thanks to this info and now I know what i will do first to reduce my belly fat.

I gave birth 3 times and waiting to do it for the 4th. I love my tummy its a reminder that I grew the lives of 4 of my children. I just breastfeed after birth and minimal exercise and thats that. If you loose confidence in your body u wouldn't be happy with yourself. Love yourself u created life in that belly.

No ma'am, it's important to do the exercises, otherwise the muscles can get weak and you can get a vaginal prolapse. Happened to me after two children and my belly pouch is not that noticeable. Diastasis Recti is no joke. It's not about not loving your body, is about helping it heal properly.

I'm 31 now I have a background and fitness I had my first daughter at the age of 22, I constantly hear women say how you're always going to have looser skin or your stomach never going to look like how it did before, but I have to completely disagree because after giving birth to my daughter my body looks even better than before, I had no problem getting my abs back I never had an issue with my stomach, and I continued with my normal workout routine six weeks 6 to 8 weeks after I delivered my daughter, it did take time to get my pre pregnant muscle tone back an back to perfect bikini competition body shape but overall I didn't experience any issues. Throughout my pregancy I rubbed olive oil an rose oil all over my breasts & baby bump, I really feel that helped, i would still use a steam room during my pregancy, HOWEVER I NEVER EXCEEDED more then ONE MINITUE, & DRANK LOTS OF COLD WATER, Steam is great for your skin, as long as you can use it safely during pregancy, I know coconut oil is very popular, BUT it's actually not ideal for preventing stretch marks as the molecules and coconut oil are too large to penetrate to the deepest parts of the skin! I would make my own custom blend of oils I would use olive oil rose oil avocado oil and I even found a mango oil and I would mix these together and I would religiously rub them all over my belly and all over my breasts two to three times a day! 🌞

Okay I got all my questions answered. I am a mom of 5 years old girl and a 11 months old boy. Before I have my first child I was size 4 5 pants and small/medium on top. Now because of the over weight I have due to giving birth to my kids I'm over weight. From 125 to 160. I just need to loose 35lbs. But I'll try those 5 excersize and see the results.

Hi i m from india. I am fan of u after seeing your video. I have 3 month's baby with normal delivery. I have some questions/doubts relating to this video. It may questions of some Other mommies. Will u please answer all those questions?? 1) after normal delivery & c sec when can a mommy start this exercises? 2) How many reps is needed? 3) after doing this exercises when can we get shower & meals? 4) shall we do this exercises while belly binding? (Benkung binding) 5) how many days or months it takes to get our real body? 6) after delivery, till how many years/months mommies have chance to get flat tummy through this? 7) may a breastfeeding mommy do this ? & last 10) is it works really?? & I have a personal question plz try to suggest me. I don't know how to explain!! I have leg cramps in bump area while i was pregnant, after delivery it increases a lot. I can't bear this pain😢. Plz give me a solution madam. I hope you reply.

Minimum after 5 months, before then your body is still healing and many exerCises are not safe yet

I did 3 sets of this exercise and felt very good and was even sweating though it felt so easy like I wasn't doing anything. However I felt a little dizzy is this okay? Considering I did it for the first time. I only discovered that I have had diastasis recti about 3 fingers deep when I saw this video.
